Review 1：Thanks to both Joao and Mafalda for their exceptional helpfulness and patience. Perfect spot right on the Ponte de Lima if you are walking the Caminho Portugues.
Review 2：Location is very good, and the hotel is both comfortable and tastefully decorated. I'd say it's ideal for a short stay. We were warmly made welcome and all our requests - an early check-out and packed breakfast for the following day - were accommodated with no fuss.

Review 5：Wi-fi didn't extend to the other building where the rest of the rooms are. Shower water leaking over the floor when door opens. No place to leave luggage, so it was sitting in the corridor.
Review 6：The view of the bridge was great, church bells sound lovely, AC was very necessary on a humid day. Bed was comfortable and there was space to unpack things so they wouldn't scatter all over the room. Garden was cosy and pleasant to spend time in.

Review 11：The renovation of the old building was great- quirky and contemporary. It was no problem being across the pedestrian bridge and it's right on the Camino, for those doing the Portuguese Way.

Review 13：The hotel is located in a small hamlet across the old pedestrian bridge from Ponte de Lima surrounded by lovely botanical gardens. We stayed in the annex, where the outside of the hotel maintains the old exterior but the inside has been beautifully modernised. The evening walks across the bridge to the town were a delight.
Review 14：Perfect location right across the bridge from the town center, next to the toy museum, the beautiful botanical gardens, and an amazing public swimming pool. The staff were super nice and went out of their way to help.

Small rooms, esp second building. Had to try 3 rooms before finding one where wi fi worked. Bathroom fixtures so modern had a hard time figuring out how to work shower. Designed so floor inevitably gets wet.
