Review 1：Nothing, everything was perfect

Review 2：The place was fantastic, in the middle of the Danube Delta. Impeccably furnished rooms and very clean. The food also was a very good surprise.

Review 3：The resort is an oasis of relaxation. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday: large and very clean rooms, beautiful oak furniture, pool, sauna; fast and modern boats (we enjoyed some wonderful trips into the Danube Delta!); friendly and helpful staff. I cannot say enough about the food, which is really DELICIOUS!!

Review 5：Poor connection with exterior, you need a boat to go anywhere and flexibility is limited, youcan only opt for very few excursions. We booked all available excursions, they were lovely but quite brief and hasty, each only 3 hours and for the rest of the day we were stuck in the room / restaurant. 2 days is enough to tick all possible routes. In the village there is nothing really to visit or do.

Review 7：Location is perfect, just in the middle of the Delta. Not much to do in Crisan, but the hotel offers you a lot of facilities: relaxing by the pool, fishing on the pontons, playing pool, playing tenis, jacuzzi& sauna, going to organized trips in the Delta. Food is excellent, the fish dishes are delicious and desserts are amazing! The hotel is very cosy, everything is new and the rooms are cleaned every day. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Review 8：- registration for excursions could be clearer and more transparent (when does it begin? where? how?) - it's good to have a table tennis, but it's a bad idea to place it under a sloping roof

Review 10：Service at lunch was...well, chaotic.Lunch took almost 3 hours...on the other hand, it was really hot :-)) some of the waiters need for sure a touch of additional training.... Do not reccomend Leaota tour -unless you love long bumpy roads a la montagne rousse....

Review 14：The breakfast is of low quality an the staff inexperienced. We had a bad experience with a fishing trip purchased from them where we were sent without proper fishing gear or bait even though we were told we will have both ready. They appologized afterwards but that was all. The cleaning lady skipped the cleaning one day. The bathroom was never cleaned. The staff in the restaurant is slow. There is no excuse for a 5 star location in the Danube Delta to serve badly cooked fish or not to serve any type of grilled fish.

Review 15：The owner was friendly and facilities were good. The location is great! The dishes that were not fish based were very good. Front desk lady was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing due to the beautiful design of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

Review 21：Lock your door if you don't want a lady coming in to restock your fridge (she barged in a few times while we were napping in the afternoon!). There doesn't seem to be much going on in Crisan, but the hotel has everything you need.

Review 22：Great for a day or two. There are 3 different short trips you can do, the outside swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing, the sauna and jacuzzi are great but this needs to be booked. Nice food! Located 10mins walk from where the local ferry drops you.

Review 27：Food was little bit expensive, also the boat transfers and the delta excursions was expensive; they also charged us for bike rental 7euro/hour even if the nearest shop was up to 1km distance; the boatman didn't spoke english.

Review 29：Very clean, comfortable rooms, with a great attention to design and the overall experience. Caring and thoughtful staff. Fish soup was amazing, as in fact all the food. There's not too much to do in the village of Crisan and that's good as we had everything needed in the resort so we used the trips time for sightseeing. In fact, sightseeings into the surrounding landscapes are a must. That's exactly why we came: to enjoy nature in the unique Danube's Delta! We really hope to return !

Review 33：Wanted to use the included 1-hour jacuzzi on our last day, found out you have to announce one day in advance so we missed it. Also, there's basically nothing to do in Crisan, so if you get sick of the boat, you're kind of stuck. But I guess that's true anywhere in this region.

Review 34：The trips on the delta were great -- we went on three trips: lakes, Sulina and Letea forest, each about 3-4 hours long and really authentic. The food was really really good, both the free breakfast and lunches / dinners / desserts. Room was spacious, cozy, really comfy and modern. The pool was also really nice.

Review 37：Amazing location in a small and peaceful village, perfect for resting and good starting point to discover the Delta. Definitely one of the best places we ever stayed in during our trips in Romania and abroad. It has all the facilities one could desire, everything is kept very clean - excellent conditions. The food is very good, especially the dishes specific to the place (fish dishes). The personnel is very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return.

Review 38：Nothing about the resort, although you are limited to the resort restaurant as there is nowhere else to go. This is OK as the food served in the restaurant was very good.

Review 39：The room was spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable, the Sauna and jacuzzi were a real bonus and I'm sure the pool would be if the weather was warmer. The boat trip into the delta really had the wow factor. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 40：This is a very new hotel, with lovely and helpful staff, comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms. The setting, in the heart of the Danube Delta, about a 2.5 hour boat ride on the regular ferry from from Tulcea, is fabulous. The hotel organises boat trips out into the delta for birdwatching and enjoying the magic of the scenery. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. In summary, a wonderful experience.

Review 41：Very nice hotel, attentive and very helpful staff, food is great and prepared quickly. Rooms are nice and clean. Didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool as it was cold but it was lovely to spend some time on the chaise lounges and terrace.
