Review 1：The bed legs protrude beyond the mattress and are a small trip hazard.
Review 2：The location was excellent for us for what we wanted and was also very near the Riccarton Mall and facilities, a flat short walk away. We used the Orbital bus which was convenient outside the Mall. The local breakfast adjacent to the Mall was most convenient but you need to book or risk being turned away. Our room was on the ground floor away from the road and didn't have a view but was quiet and had a car park under cover. The beds were comfortable however I often caught my foot on the bed legs which protruded beyond the mattress.
Review 3：Not sure why the unit was not serviced in the 2 days. Needs a fan or something to cool down with, couldn't open the sliding door as smokers were outside.

Review 13：The place is nice, clean and comfortable but the location of the motel makes it hard to sleep at night due to the noise. They need heavier curtains for the glass door as it is see through and thats very unsettling at 1am
Review 14：Acoustic insulation upstairs to downstairs is non existent. That was not helped by people upstairs having a party past midnight. When you travel for work you need a good sleep.

Review 18：We booked a two bedroom as was travelling with 2 young children and it was so small, photos in net are very misleading. Beds were very uncomfortable and duvet vas covered in stains. Bathroom had big piles of dust in corners and you could tell once room was steamy from shower that it definatly had not been cleaned properly. Also there was food from previous guests still in the fridge and a rather thick lining of dust on top of microwave.

Review 26：This new motel, was clean, bright and very comfortable. the staff were extremely helpful. Continental breakfast was delivered to our room and was included in the price. Laundry facilities great. We walked through Hagley Park into the centre of Christchurch. it is a good walk, but there are buses as an alternative. A good spot at a fair price.
Review 27：very clean and tidy apartment, close to riccarton road and AMI stadium. Had everything we needed. Will defiantly stay here again when we are next in Ch'ch
Review 28：No wardrobe - only a coat stand. This would have been OK if there had been some hangers. There was only one bedside table and it would have been nice if there had been one each side. Also no blind in the bathroom. Not convinced patterned glass works that well with the light on!

Review 32：Hosts were very helpful, do whatever they can to help. Taxied us to the Station early. A little out of the city, but in Riccarton a good area, with cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks, massive undercover shopping precinct. great place to stay!
Review 33：The room is a little on the small size, but seems well appointed with a small kitchenette and casual chairs. The carpet however is quite dirty and the "smallish" queen bed a bit spongy and bouncy making for an interrupted sleep. The busy Clarence st runs adjacent to the property and is always noisy. Servicing of the room is a bit hit and miss. One day our room ended up only half cleaned and made up and on another day is was made up but left unlocked for most of the day. Given that most of our personal goods were ensconced with no security and lots of random footpath traffic very close by, this is quite a worry. Also a worry was the managers rather cavalier response on being informed ... "Sorry ... but whatever!" Update: still half the bathroom towels missing, despite requests, and cleaner has turned the fridge off causing it to defrost with water everywhere, and our goods to spoil. Time to move on.
Review 34：The 123 Motel is conveniently located just around the corner, a very easy walk. The motel is reasonably new, rates well on small numbers and is quite well priced. Getting to the location is easy as it is just a short walk from the Westfield Mall and a mass of metro bus lines, even one from the airport.

Review 41：Listed as an apartment when it was a tiny two bedroom motel room. One double bed was rock hard - staff put down two duvets to make it softer. No cooking facilities apart from a toaster and microwave. The worlds hardest couch. Two tiny bedrooms, no wardrobes to hang clothes. Road noise and limited privacy from bedroom windows, net curtains would have helped. I appear to have paid more than rack rate from their own website? Just had two nights in CBD a Mekbourne for less....

Review 76：There was no tea towel or sharp knife of any sort in the kitchen. The bedroom area is far to small with the TV situated on the wall at the foot end of the bed with about 1 metre to the bed. The two chairs provided were too large to both fit beside the bed to get some distance from the TV for good viewing. It appears that the room was designed to watch TV from the bed which is not suitable for everyone. We stayed two nights and the bed was not made for the second night, but just pulled up. The dishes that we had done in the morning but could not dry because of having no tea towel were left without being dried or put away. The people managing the motel appear to be very inexperienced in this business and need to improve their standards.
