Review 1：breakfast is very simple but a nice organic shop and café just next door.

Review 2：great place, nice pools, nice location. we even found a free parking slot nearby.

Review 3：The room was like in the dormitory! We had a room with two bunk beds! It was like being in the summer camp or in the army again! No table. Nothing to put your toileteries in the bathroom, etc...Like said room is suitable for kids in the summer camp. On the other hand you really don't want to spend any extra time in the room, so you have to stay out all the time. Good or bad...?

Review 11：I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe my only complaint was where the TV was in our room. We could not see the TV from our beds when watching TV in the evening. But this is a minor complaint!

Review 12：We just returned back from a trip to Key West and stayed at the NYAH hotel for 5 days. The property was very nice, well maintained and clean. This was a girl's trip. I traveled with two other females and the room was perfect for the three of us. One of the best things about the room was the incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were also very clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful.... and easy on the eyes! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and when we needed tour information or rental car information, they either looked it up or called for us. Enough can not be said about the impressive staff! The hotel offered a traditional Continental breakfast and daily happy hour offering wine, cheeses and crackers. The breakfast was simple but good. The hotel also offered bike rentals. We compared rental prices to other surrounding bike rentals, and the hotel was a bit cheaper. Definitely rent a bike for your site seeing on the island. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the NYAH hotel. We give the hotel six thumbs up, kinda like the Hemingway cats!

Review 19：This one was basically a college dorm type room geared to young people.. The beds were singles. You could only see the full TV from one bed. The others (including a bunk bed) had obstructed views. I realize that prices get jacked up for the New Year's holiday. I spoke to a local who had a business on Fleming St. She was appalled that we paid $549 a night for our room.

Review 27：The breakfast was just bagels and muffins. And the pools closed at 9pm. Made no sense to me. Parking was a huge headache anywhere close to the hotel. Had to park at a parking garage three blocks away that cost 13 dollars a day.

Review 29：After a long day of traveling, the first thing I wanted to do after we checked in was take a shower. I got in and looked down and saw a lot of hair clippings all over the floor. We are a laid back group and it wasn't that big a deal, but kind of gross when you are expecting a freshly cleaned room.

Review 30：The beds were comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the wine and cheese happy hour was cool, and the pool area was great. The location was perfect. Duval street is about a 10 minute walk and there are a few good restaurants a couple blocks away. Also walking distance from Mallory Square. Would highly recommend renting a bike and biking around the area.

Review 31：The room was very small. Just a sleeping room with a private bathroom. The bed was a bunk bed set up made into a king using 2 twin mattresses.little room to walk around the bed let alone have sitting chairs to watch T.V.

Review 38：After you walk past the front desk in the lobby you enter a virtual oasis. A hot and regular pool (small but adequate),and a nicely landscaped patio area. The exterior archtechtual design of the small buildings housing the rooms is something to behold.

Review 39：We were very happy to choose this hotel for our Key West vacation. Originally, I cancelled the hotel after I found it was a two star hotel. After I read other people's review, I re-booked the hotel to give a try. The hotel tries hard to make the guests feel friendly and comfortably. Review 40：I booked the rooms,got there, down stairs room was nice, but the other room was not what we booked! Room was way to small for the price we paid for that room! The smell in the room finally went a way after the air was on for a couple hours.

Review 41：The people working at NYAH are wonderful! We found a parking spot just two blocks down and could stay there for free during our visit. Everything was really good, go there if you can! Also, wine and cheese in the afternoon together with jacuzzi and a pool.. Couldn't be better!

There is very good attention to detail, all the beds (including bunk beds) have a bedside light, shelf and charging point. The cheese and wine happy hour is such a nice touch, as is the complimentary tea and coffee in reception. Amazing price for bike hire for the day. Excellent value for money, highly recommended :-)

What I got was rather poor quality hostel type accommodation, surly staff on the front desk, no parking facilities, and a substandard room with bunks and very slow internet. No way would I ever recommend it to anyone, or stay there again

Review 58：My dad died and I had to leave one day early.The hotel said I stayed all 3 days and does not want to credit the 1 day and has out and out lied stating I stayed the 3 days .The staff is rude and no one informed me you have to pay to park because they have no where to park.Most rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor and no elevator

Review 61：Swimming pool, wine and cheese for free every day in the afternoon, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. When we booked we oversaw that it was a five bedroom only with single beds. The next morning we got another room with a King size bed for the same price.

Review 64：Breakfast is poor, at least for European standards. Some loud and drunk guests (not NYAH fault). The parking is difficult, but it's possible to find free parking in the surrounding streets if you have patience (it did take us around 15min). There is parking nearby for around 14$/day.

Review 65：Probably one of the best stays I had in quite a long time. Great staff, super friendly. The NYAH is amazing, really pretty, pure photo material. The terraces on top have great views. Super comfortable bedrooms. At the end of afternoon there is a socializing moment in the common central area around the pools with free wine and appetizers. Cool music in the pool area. You can hire bikes for 14$/day, fare price but you can find for a little less in several spots around key west.

Review 66：I told staff I hit my head on a turn going up the stairs . You will get sued by someone. Put a sign like watch your head or something . . First steps up to your left first turn. Good luck we will see you next time. Call me if you have any y questions bout the stairs

Review 71：I booked a quadruple room just two days before my trip and found a great price deal for NYAH Key West. The hotel is truly beautiful, with a nice and cozy reception area where you can serve yourself Starbucks coffee and an amazing patio that overlooks the swimming pools and where a complementary breakfast is served daily along with complementary wine, cheese and crackers at 4.30PM. Our room was the penthouse of one of the complexes that are part of the hotel. We had a wonderful rooftop and a spacious room with two king beds placed in two different areas of the room. We were extremely happy becuase we had been able to find a great accomodation, right in the heart of Key West for a very affordable price. The hotel has an amazing staff and you can also rent bikes to ride around town directly at the reception. I will defenitely go back and most importantly will definitely reccomend it to friends and family!

Review 76：NYAH Key West was an incredible! Only stayed for one night with my two friends and we had a spacious room upstairs with our own en suite. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We booked a dolphin watch and snorkeling experience with their help and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend it as it was great value for money and breakfast was included! There was plenty of free parking nearby aswell which was great as we drove from Miami. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming back!

Review 85：It is difficult to say something good because we had some booking and room difficulties and when we tried to fix it the hotel secretary did nothing to help except to tell us that even if we fixed it through booking.com that they didn't have rooms to fix the problem. Two of us ended up switching to Albury Court Hotel...and we are grateful we did!

Review 90：This was not what I booked I booked a king room at a different hotel. I was not expecting to be in a room with four bunk beds, if you wanted to watch television you could not lay in bed. The free breakfast was for people who eat a lot of bread and the only fruit was oranges, not even cut. This is a good place for college students who don't mind sharing a small room.

There is a refrigerator in the room I read that there was not one on a comment that someone mentioned I don't know what room they had but our room had a refrigerator. The comment about its for backpackers you had a very very comfy bed and a closet for your items,the shower was huge if he wanted to you can put three people in there to take a shower.truly this is a wonderful place the house takes up a half a block you have a cute easy 24 swimming pools in a smaller swimming pool total paradise we are coming back in November with 6 females can't wait to see you guys Delores,Christina,Heather!!!!!!

Review 120：When we booked the room we thought we were going to get a double bed because that is what we had seen in the photos of the room. Instead we stayed in a room that looked like a hostile with lockers and three bunk beds. needless to say we were shocked when we saw the room. When we called the front desk we explained to them the situation and the young man told us that they didn't have double bed rooms. If that was the case i am unsure why the photo was on the website and why it was advertised.

Review 126：Close to Duval St., Mallory Square and restaurants. Parked motorcycles and either walked or took trolley everyday. Don't let street parking put you off for this great location, a little work will free you from your vehicle. Staff very helpful.

Review 127：It was clean. The bathroom was modern. I felt the price i paid did not reflect what i got. But more what the market will bare as all Key West hotels seem over priced. I left satisified ; but wondering if that price was worth it ; or should i feel lucky to find something short notice in Key West. Key West is not the place to try and score a last minute hotel deal.
