Review 1：Bed was hard to what we would prefer and the bed coverings were antiquated, heavy and not warm

Review 5：O pequeno almoço podia ser mais variado, mas não está mau para 3 estrelas. No site indicam os quartos com "pool view" o que faz subentender que têm uma piscina. Tal não é verdade, pois a piscina é a piscina municipal.
Review 6：Gostei bastante da estadia no Hotel Francis. Os quartos são grandes e espaçosos, convenientemente limpos. O ginásio é bom.
Review 7：Traveling for the first time in Portugal we were lucky to have stayed over 24 nights in wonderful, quaint accomodations. We were disappointed in this facilty as well as the town of Beja. Bed uncomfortable, shower awful. But the staff were very friendly especially helpful in hunting down my cane that I had left and holding it for us to pick up.

Review 9：The staff were very attentive and friendly. Were we given permission to use another hotel pool/facilities they recommended a very nice resteraunt. Room was airconditioned, dark and quiet. Very enjoyable stay with a very nice breakfast included in price for the morning, great checkout time before midday ;)
Review 10：We would have preferred to stay at Hotel Francis for it's location and previous reviews led us to believe it was a good hotel. The Bejaparque is on the outskirts of town and a longer walk into town, where we went to eat and is the main reason we chose Hotel Francis - thankfully we are a fit couple.
Review 11：Receptionist was very polite and as a problem had arisen with the water heating system in the hotel, they immediately booked us into a decent alternative hotel, the Bejaparque, a four star hotel around half a mile away. Clearly the problem was not their fault and they did everything to ensure we had adequate provision. Full marks for that. Unfortunately, we never stayed at the hotel Francis, so cannot comment further and can't really answer as the only part of the hotel we saw was the reception. I would always recommend any hotel that makes prompt, good arrangements when a problem arises so I recommend them unreservedly for this reason alone.

Review 38：The first room was small, specially the bathroom, so we changed to a larger room, and it was great. Spacious, with a balcony and a bigger bathroom, this room was very good. Next time in Beja, we will return to this hotel!
