Review 1：Hallways were a little dated and carpets quite dirty. No Wi-Fi available in the room only Ethernet.

Review 2：Staff were helpful & even upgraded us as it was our honeymoon. Great room with good facilities inc washer & dryer.

Review 3：Due to the fact that it was an adjoining room the noise from the kids next door came through. The pillows were lumpy and the beds quite hard. I expected much better for the money paid for the room in a four and half star resort!

The beds would have also been a bit more comfortable with a proper doonah cover rather than two flat sheets and a doonah. Apart from that everything was great.

Review 13：There was no internet available in our room ,we were told it was because they were renovating, the employee told us that because our room was located close to the pool area we would be able to connect to their network for free like if he was making us a big favour … of course the network was terrible . No bottle of water was offered in the room so we decided to go to the lobby to buy two bottles but no bottles were available in the entire hotel!…..Our room had a cheap Philips TV with poor resolution image …The movie on demand was not working even after someone came to our room to check . the only thing the gentlemen was able to offer us was to go to the desk in the lobby and choose a DVD!!!

Review 21：Loved the location! This beautiful coastal town was fabulous for a wedding and a couples stay. We enjoyed walking along the beach, sharing a drink in the resort bar, the quiet room backing onto bush and so much more.

Review 22：Banging of bedroom doors made a tremendous noise during the night and we could also hear the family next door very loudly due to an interconnecting door. We were woken at 6.00am by children screaming and running up and down the corridor. Not exactly a peaceful start to the day!

Review 27：It's everything you'd expect from a Wyndham. Our one-bedroom was extremely spacious with an impressive array of kitchen and laundry equipment.

Review 28：We were a bit over-spoilt, having recently stayed in a drop-dead-gorgeous and larger apartment in Canberra. So when we paid extra for "apartment", we did imagine something even more amazing. Stepping into the high bath, even with the well-placed assisting hand rail, didn't quite seem OK to us. The bed could have been larger and perhaps a higher quality. Also the last time we stayed here I just LOVED the $25 breakfast. This time it was one-floor-lower which (again I am suffering from being over-spoilt) took the edge off the view over the coast, and the bacon was very average quality.

Review 36：We were given a room right at the back of the property that had overgrown garden beds on the 'balcony' outside. This was frustrating as we had paid quite a lot for the room and were expecting at least a room facing towards the pool. The view was over residential properties. We had come to Totquah to relax and unwind but it felt like we hadn't left home. Very disappointing especially as it seemed that the resort was not heavily booked that weekend.

Review 117：We booked a Queen Room with Pool View and when we got to our room were a little disappointed that to actually see the pool, you had to step out onto the balcony and crane your neck around the corner. However, to the hotel and staff on duty's credit, as soon as I phoned and politely told them I was a little unhappy, they offered to move us to a one bedroom apartment that was available, at no extra cost. Needless to say, our one night stay was excellent thereafter.

Review 118：The sun in the room that we were put in was horrendous in afternoon need some shade on patio area. Housekeeping need to vacuum under the tv unit, as there were quite a few corn chips under there from previous guests

Review 125：Hotel doesn't have warmth and "soul". Previously a Crowne Plaza (Intercontinental chain) now a Wyndham, which means NO free internet. Evrything closes down at 6PM!! A really disappointment

Review 126：I didnt like I had to ask twice for extra bath-towels. I didnt like it that the room was not cleaned properly - the rubbish-bin wasnt emptied and there was no bin the bedroom Even tho my husband & my whole family have stayed @ ur resort many times over the past 12 months, no-one acknowledged the fact & when I asked to change rooms because the twin beds were uncomfortable, the response was less than helpful. My husband is not eager to return to Wyndham, as a result.

Review 127：I liked the proximity to the beach and the cafe strip n restaurants close by, Also that one of your employees, Dianne, I think, was extremely helpful, providing me with an extra rubbish-bin for the room and bath-towels, on request! She, at least, improved the quality of our stay.
