Set amongst beautiful gardens and 5 acres of vineyards, Bluebush Estate boasts luxury accommodation, a swimming pool and a full-size tennis court. Most accommodation offers views over the vineyards.
Guests have a choice of rooms in the guest house and self-contained cottages. The Tempus Two, Hope Estate and Bimbadgen Estate wineries are within a 10-minute drive. Sydney is a 2-hour drive away via the Hunter Valley expressway.
Each of the air-conditioned guest house rooms includes a refrigerator, a TV and a DVD player. The cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and private BBQ facilities.
The guest house offers adults-only rooms, a communal lounge area with a log fire and an outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facilities. Continental breakfast is provided.

Review 1：Linda is an amazing hostess and the surrounding is just stunning. We had an amazing stay and wouldgladly come back to sty at bluebush estate in the future.

Review 2：Such a spacious comfortable room, with lovely lounge, dining room and verandah which we had sole use of as the only guests there at the time! There was a barbecue to use and all the plates cutlery and implements too. Staff were so helpful and attentive especially when we had a power cut!

Review 3：Absolutely huge house with full size pool table, and tennis court and swimming pool. Had all the equipment available to ensure a great stay, perfect location for weekend in the Hunter to see a concert in Hope Estate

Review 4：On the second night, reception was closed early and we could not find anyone to ask a question or figure out how we might contact someone, but this wasn't a huge issue, and not unexpected in a small, family property.

Review 5：We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and well looked after and the staff/owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time drinking wine by the fireplace and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We got an excellent restaurant recommendation and the room and atmosphere were fantastic. The booking stated there is no Wi-Fi, but there was and it was free. The property has a very homely feel to it and was just wonderful and relaxing.

Review 7：I loved it all . You felt so very welcome . The room and guest house was amaze balls lol . Steve , Linda and Julie made you feel like old friends and were so lovely . I cannot recommend highly enough and this was my very first stay in a guest house at the age of 44 I was in awe and j never wanted to leave . We will be back for sure 10 star rating

Review 10：The owners Linda and Steve did everything they could to make our stay comfortable in the recent horrific hunter storms. in spite of the challenges of no power and flooding of local roads, they managed to turn what could have been miserable into a warm and friendly experience, coming up with innovative solutions to overcome the vicissitudes of mother nature! Our candle-lit dinners around the beautiful gas log fire will remain memories to cherish!

Review 15：The staff were welcoming from the moment we pulled up, nothing was toouch trouble! We stayed in the guest house, great rooms comfy beds, lovely continental breakfast served in the verandah. Kangaroo's grazing amongst the vines right outside the door and the most beautiful sunsets! Highly highly recommended - I will back again :)

Review 16：If you are travelling with kids read the fine print as only some of the units allow kids (which is a plus for others...). We did not notice this but were gracefully accommodated by Linda and stayed in the cottage.

Review 17：The cottage was perfect for a family with kids. Beautiful building with a great kitchen and big BBQ for cooking our meals. The rooms were nicely sized and tastefully decorated in a country style. The view over the hills and vines came complete with kangaroos on the tennis court in the morning. A short drive to dozens of wineries.

Review 62：What a spot, well worth the drive to get there, we were shown to our accommodation which turned out to be a chalet! with three huge bedrooms (We only used one) a sitting/kitchen/diing room and a view over the vines

Review 66：We very much liked the accommodation in the cottage. The breakfast in the main guesthouse was very much home made, plentiful and delicious. As we were visitors from the UK, the arrival of kangaroos during the late afternoon on the distant grass patch was an added bonus. Thank you for a great stay Linda.
