Review 4：The location was great right on the edge of the river,it was totally relaxing,the food and wine in the hotel was good.the owners and the staff were friendly.
Review 5：-poor English communication -no WiFi in the rooms -poor choice of dinner menu, actually only fish was available -charging for service without warning -rude response to a complain from the owner -bathroom was in bad condition also not enough pressure for the water

Review 7：The listings said English was spoken, this was not correct - leading to some misunderstanding. This meant they couldn't provide any information abut the local area. The boat guides didn't speak English - so were of limited value Crisan was a dull village, with no bar or cafe. Smoking was allowed in the dining area of the hotel. Food was basic - but generous portions
