Review 1：the Hotel is advertised, in booking.com as having one of the better restaurants, the only problem is, the restaurant dos not work

Review 14：breakfast was nice, with scrambled eggs, and hot croissant, etc. bathroom is big, confortable. near Continente, supermarket that you can find everthing. 10-15 mins walk to the city center. There is a small gym room.
Review 15：Truly bad experience: staff not friendly... Management not available to listen to me and receive an informal complain. Still today i haven't been contacted by them. Left a formal complain on the claims book. Never received such a treatment on a hotel reception, and we travel a lot around the world!
Review 16：That they are strict to leaving time. It was a sunday morning for sure the hotel will not be full (not even close) that night. They could easily allow a late check out. Not very kind from their side.
Review 17：The odor of the room as some rooms (finishing by 15) have some view directly in front of a gas station. Therefore, all the gas (sulfur, else) goes inside the room if you open the windows and then it left an awfull disgusting smell

Review 26：We booked a Junior Suite and it was excellent.Large double bedroom withbalacony, air conditioning etc and a seperate small lounge with settee,tv, small balcony and air conditioning. Outer bathroom with two washbasins and inner with bath (including shower) toilet and bidet. Thereceptionist was excellent. Good english and very helpful. Recommendedan excellennt local (and cheap!) restaurant within a short walk. Pity wewere only staying one night as we did not have time to visit the oldtown with its many historic buildings.
