Review 1：Very confusing to find the hotel. $17 for parking one night. Since we were going to be flying early and couldn't use the breakfast passes - they wouldn't roll that into parking. The gentleman at the desk said he would give us a great room that faced the skyline, but it was next to the monorail for the airport. Room had Starbucks and a Mr. Coffee, but no pot. Mildew in the bathroom - not bad, but for that price it should be nicer.
Review 2：I liked that it was convenient to the Airport as we had to get up a 4AM for a 6:30 flight.
Review 3：Water heater leak, non-functioning screen door, leaking coffee maker, thermostat falling off wall, dishwasher didn't work properly, pool towels not replaced after we used them.
Review 4：The staff was apologetic and tried to fix the problems although we lost a day and a half of exploring the island while repairmen were in the condo.
Review 5：Walls I living room were dirty and marked. Coffee machine had not been cleaned- full of coffee grounds and old coffee Safe that was advertised did not work Patio door did not lock Mirrored wall had broken and repaired with transparent tape- ugly

Review 8：Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Also the planes land close to there. Although the island isn't big so what can you really do about that.
Review 9：This is the first time we have been to the keys. This condo was clean and stayed cool. Beds were comfortable. Was nice to be able to fix meals here instead of eating out every time. The private parking covered parking spot was a definite plus. And the hot tub. After a long day of walking and seeing the sunset it was nice to relax. The only issue was the blinds in the livingroom were broken and didn't operate as they should have. But really if that's all I can point out as an issue then it was really good.
Review 10：Firealarm went off at 4 so we had to get out of the building.

Review 15：The partying neighbors upstairs (had to call the police after goingupstairs and getting the door slammed in my face, our key cardsdidn't work after the office closed, cable and internet went out,the "complimentary" shuttle took forever, the location was sofar away from Duvall and the diggs were just plain stale and jankey!

Review 17：It was a bit far away from the city. We where told there where a free shuttle. When we ordered it, there was no shuttle after all. No shops or restaurants. Not clean in the washes/ showers.

The worst thing was being warned about there being an inventory of household objects ( maybe I look like a thief) and also that the condition of the furniture had been checked prior to check in. When it clearly hadn't. There was lumps of food stuck down the back of the sofa bed. Yuck.

Review 21：The condos were clean had everything needed for the two nights we stayed. Helpful staff quick easy check-in nice pool area and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and come back. Lovely setting a little island paradise. Even enjoyed watching all the aircraft's. Key West is one of the.most beautiful places I have ever visited.
Review 22：No flourescent lightbulbs. Could get heatstroke in the bathroom the lights were so hot. Afternoon sun was brutal on side facing airport. Cockroaches...only in kitchen. Furniture getting shabby. Pool was nice. Highly chlorinated.
Review 23：The AC worked great, which is very important. One bed was really comfy, the other very firm. Watched airplanes take off from the porch all the time. Lots of kitchen supplies and toilet tissue. Quiet location. Nice pool.
Review 24：The wood work was old and was scratched up, like a dog or termites were a problem. Wood needs to be replaced. Also the drawer on the TV cabinet came loose from its side so the front face fell off.
Review 25：The rooms had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable.
Review 26：In order to get 2 bed, 2 bath and be comfortable we had to be on the east side of the island a car or cab ride away from the action. Also, upon arrival there were workers in one of the bathrooms fixing something and our key cards did not work in the door. They had to change our apartment to a more beat up looking one. We did not spend a lot of time there so, no worries.

Review 28：The building is older and at the opposite end of the Key from the tourist attractions. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to drive to the tourist spots, and parking is expensive and hard to find unless you get there early in the day.
Review 29：The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was reasonably priced, especially compared to the big name chain hotels.
Review 30：The gym is a great addition, but the equipment is very old and outdated. In addition access to the gym should be by room key as it is possible for anyone to gain access and makes for an unsafe environment.

Review 46：We were a family with five people and a baby. The apartment was perfect for us. It was well equipped with perfect air conditioning , kitchen utensils and good space, 2 bathrooms. It has free parking, swimming pool, a gym and laundry that I did not use. Most of time is quiet with little noise except for the proximity of the airport that is little busy place. Smathers Beach is located close, but I didn't like because the strong smell of the swamp, though beautiful. Free Wifi internet worked reasonably.
Review 47：Room was in poor condition... Holes in doors, shower, carpet...shower head broken...kitchen items missing...bedrooms had old 13" tvs. Not very good.
