Review 1：Didn't really have a bad experience, we got in late, I was not well and then we had to leave first thing next day.
Review 2：The manager was accomodating and it was good that he provided free transport to the railway station
Review 3：The bathroom extractor fan was a heater so it got warm very quickly so was hard to get ready in a room so hot.

Fantastic location, was in our seats at our event at the arena in under 5 mins walking! Not too far to Westfield either and some dining options down the road if you didn't want to cook.

Also toilet did not flush. very disappointing, as this would be about the 15th time I have stayed there, and service not up to scratch.

Review 13：Short walking distance to our concert venue as well as eating places. Easy to find and good onsite parking. Did not need to use Wifi or breakfast options so cannot comment on those. Will stay there again.
Review 14：We stayed here because we were catching the train the next morning and they have a free shuttle to the airport. Its within walking distance of a number of restaurants and there is a bus stop to central Christchurch close by. The staff was great and the room clean and comfortable.

Review 19：Taxi had trouble locating this property. The beds were super firm, as I have a bad back this meant I had very little sleep. At 5.30am there was very loud banging from upstairs that woke us and continue until after 7am. This was most disturbing! Hence our stay was not enjoyable as we were too exhausted the next day to do any activities and returned home early and straight to bed! Not convinced this is value at $160 per night.

Review 25：We arrived nearly three hours late from the train but the owner was there to collect us and took us to the station next morning to get the 7 am train. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, with a bottle of milk in the fridge. Good value.
Review 26：Staff was excellent. I came in on a red eye flight thinking I would drop my bags at the front and go exploring. I didn't sleep at all on my flight and was dead tired. The management cleaned my room since it was earlier than the cleaning staff arrived and I was able to sleep. They also drove me to the train station the next. The staff is top notch.

Review 30：I booked this motel on booking.com for two nights for the family of three. I chose the room type with 3 pax but forgot to update the number of guests to three. When we arrived the apartment was ready however we found it's difficult to add an extra bed in the room. The host and hostess were so kind that we were updated to two rooms without extra charges. We had BBQ in the back yard on Christmas eve. There are quite a lot of restaurants within 5 mins walk. The city centre is also a short drive away, so is the airport.

An added extra was the convenience of the manager arranging early transport to the Transalpine Trip - there were 7 of us plus luggage and it was no problem. Rooms were faultless, we would definitely stay again when next we visit Christchurch.Thank you.
