Running along 0.6 miles of white sandy beaches, Long Beach is located in Belle Mare and offers 3 outdoor pools and a spa. Free WiFi access is available in this resort.

Review 1：Being stranded on an island at the hotel and had to pay to use the sauna and steam room. Taxis were a rip off to go anywhere.

Review 3：You must be happy if you have good wi-fi,but that was maybe once or twice a the day,we had no wi-fi in the room full 3 days! On check out we wait the portir to bring our lougige to the reception 45 minutes!

Review 7：Rude, uninterested and poor staff throughout the property. They do not know the first thing about customer service or making sure guests have a comfortable stay. Completely ruined an otherwise average stay. Wifi is there, but very poor coverage and slow. Food is very difficult to get other than the short few hours the restaurants are open. Room service is a joke. Housekeeping was almost non existent. Used cutlery and coffee mugs would not be cleaned after 2-3 days. Stay away from Long Beach, there are better hotels to choose from.

Review 9：Food was ridiculously expensive. I ordered for something, and got something else before getting what i actually ordered and guess what, i was billed for both. Such high rates and no free coffee in rooms. Water is all you get. dont expect lots of varietes from the resto as well. you get better chinese good outside the hotel than in the hotel. Never try their scrambled eggs as the chef does it like a soup.

Review 17：Traveled with Family. Beach quality is not good (rocks in most of water). Had bed bugs in 2 of 3 rooms. Our room had no Wifi. Hotel did not fix despite repeated requests.

The entire staff was genuinely eager to provide wonderful service....from waiters, housekeeping, chefs, and management. The selection and quality of food.from the 5 restaurants was delicious! The resort is very well laid out. We always had our private space. The beach is beautiful and expansive. We cannot wait to return with our family. From the many enjoyable travel experiences we have had, Long Beach Resort has made us eager to return to Mauritius!

Review 44：Charge for room service. We were on a bed and breakfast package and we felt it was unfair if we wanted to order room service for dinner that we had to pay a fee per person. The hotel was already very expensive so we don't think the charge for ordering room service was fair, so we didn't order anything although we wanted to. Food and soft drinks etc we thought were too expensive.

Review 45：Everything! The beautiful design of the hotel, very airy and breezy and stylish. The landscape. The free water sports. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are beautiful, the ipod dock, music when you enter. We are very sporty so we loved the sports facilities and gym. It was the best holiday of our lives! Amazing staff catering to every whim and genuinely very kind and helpful, always smiling and checking we were enjoying our stay.

Review 46：It would be really great if there was a bar option 'in the pool', in pool stools next to the bar so that you can order and sip a cocktail whilst being in the water?
