Reviews for Hotel Haeneveld

Review 1:Nothing here!

Review 2:Patricia is the best host. Location near Brugge and Flemish coast is great. Neat rooms at affordable price. Restaurant has one of Flanders best chefs and is not expensive either. Five start experience at three star price. We will come back...

Review 3:We booked the evening meal which was three courses, but only one choice in each course which was very strange. It was a reasonable meal. The pre meal snacks were different and delicious and petit fours plentiful tho.The wine was quite expensive. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or hair-dryer in the room ,which was pretty poor!

Review 4:Very nice hotel, old farm house conversion. The lady owner was a very nice woman, who was very helpful.

Review 5:A lot of noice, not only of the highway neirby but also every night a loud party in the neighborhoud Under my little drawer at the side of my bed i found several spiderwebs The wall to wall carpet wasn't clean at all The first evening the frige was empty wile in the brochure they mensioned several drinks in it

Review 6:The lady owner was verry kind and helping

Review 7:Large rooms, quit location, very friendly host and very good and reasonably priced dinners

Review 11:The lady on the services was very caring, helping, thorough professional and Polite. Would advise everyone to try staying there while planning a visit to Bruges. Very near, comfi and really QUITE place which we all like to enjoy away from our routine, big city lives...

Review 12:Nothing. It was fantastic.

Review 13:The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was brilliant. Do have a meal there - it is superb. Very quiet and romantic. Easy to get to Bruges, but not as noisy and busy as being in Bruges. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely go again.

Review 14:The hotel is near to a motorway and therefore is noisy with the window open. The room would benefit from air conditioning as it was hot and stuffy. Insect spray to deal with the mosquitoes would also have been helpful.

Review 15:Friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast

Review 16:My family found it a very pleasant stay. The hotel is full of beautiful antiques and you will be easily fascinated by the furniture dated 300 years ago which lie around ground floor. The Hotel rooms provide simple but spacious accommodation to let you get a good night’s sleep. With only a 15 minute drive from Bruges town square, you find yourself in a very peaceful part of Jabbeke. The breakfast was lovely and the friendly staff was so kind that they let us stay for a bit longer after checking out time. We recommend this family-run hotel. Written by Seb Collins (12 years old)

Review 17:An amazing place. A real 'gem' of a find. It was so nice to have qualityaccommodation and service at a realistic price. Nothing was too muchtrouble and the staff were so friendly. It was so good that we stayedanother night on our way home from our tour of Europe. Reccommend thisplace as it was so quiet too. Got some good sleep in. Food was variableand scrumptious.

Review 18:The room was too expensive; the hotel is situated in the middle ofnowhere, wedged between the highway and a car dealer, it's pretty old,and the ammenities in the room seemed a bit basic considering theprice we paid.

Review 19:Tasty breakfast, good parking facilities. Good information on healthservices in the area.

Review 20:We were a family of 8: 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 4 children ages 9-17.We booked three rooms, and they put two extra beds in one to accommodatethe kids. Service was excellent! Very good recommendations for localsights and convenient/cheap parking were readily offered. A large familytable was brought into the breakfast room so we could all sit together. The hotel proprietor made every effort to welcome us and make our staywonderful. Highly recommended for families!

Review 21:Family atmosphere, clean room. We stayed one night over the Easterweekend and found an assortment of Easter chocolates waiting in ourroom. I thought it was a nice homely touch. And on Easter Sunday eachguest was presented with a big chocolate Easter egg at breakfast. Theowner of the hotel was a delight to talk to - she made us feel welcomed.
