Review 1：We charged an exorbant amount by bookings.com for a gala evening on Chrismas eve, and we still do not know what it was about as all guests had the same Chrismas eve dinner which was awesome.

Review 2：Thanks to Lana who cleaned our room, she did a stunning job, the bar tender and the boat house staff, all friendly and they all went the extra mile.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly, one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. We travelled with our baby, they gave us babybath tub without asking for it, in the restaurant we were offered pureed food for him. BBQ night was very delicious and we really enjoyed the live guitar music during breakfast.

Review 5：The rooms doesn't have an iron, seems you have to pay for. Sometimes they have on dinner specific indian food, and you can find only that kind of food, what we are not used with, but fortunatetly one of the supervizor or manager he arranged for us a great steak , thank you very much (I think was our fault that we didn't say before).

Review 6：The hotel is situated in a very quiet area and is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and smells very nice (actually we bought the oil witch they use). Staff are nice and helpful, good people are comming there, we made some friends. Jeff organised every night a dance floor and teach us to dance sega music. They bring as well professional dancers. All the staff were very nice and helpful, with no exceptions, sorry I don't remember the names. But thank you to the manager of reception and the manager of hotel he was very pleasant to ask us in the final if everything was fine. Here is a tip: if you ant to do any excursions, speak with Jeff, he will organise everything and for good money.

Review 22：The evening meal was terrible, no variety and food below standard. Paid to eat dinner there and it was the worst thing we did.

Please note that there is a mandatory gala dinner on Christmas Eve, 24th December and New Year’s Eve, 31 December which is excluded from the room rate. The cost is EUR 75 per adult or child from 12 to 17 years and EUR 40 per child 2 to 11 years old.
