Review 1：They have a ridiculous rule that forbid clients from bringing any food or beverage into their room or into the dining area, including water! The sign said it was "unhygienic" meanwhile during a strong rain the lobby was flooded with rainwater including sewage. THAT was unhygienic, not bringing a water bottle to your room!

Review 2：A bit far from the heart of the town. Need to take bus. The staff's English is somewhat limited.

Review 3：It is a resort type of hotel. New and modern. Clean and great breakfast. Next to the water. We enjoyed the stay.

Review 4：The aircon in the room was very poor, and this was the only thing that would prevent me from staying again, especially July and August when it is 40 degrees.

Review 5：The location was on the beach, a very clean and well maintained hotel. Obviously October was very quiet which was great for some end of the year sun. Staff always helpful and waiter service on the beach was superb. Really relaxing break. Bed and breakfast was suitable for us, as we like to try different restaurants.

Review 6：No tea or coffee facilities in the room. I didnt expect them, yet a kettle was provided! Although a great side sea view, being able to look directly into rooms on other rooms, was a little claustrophobic. Due to time of arrival, it wasnt possible to have dinner, as service was finishing. (We had booked for half board) Early breakfast option should be provided for early checkouts.

Review 8：Reception staff never show hospitality also sometimes rude. That's really make me down when arrive there. I don' t know is it too important for others but i didnt't like building style, it is making you feel like in a business centre or a city hotel, but never in a mediterranean town. Swiming pool is small.

Review 21：The staff weren't very helpful. I booked the room for 5 days andthen realized it was the wrong date, so I wanted to change it and I wasok even if the price was going to be higher. Booking com couldn'tlet it happen because of the hotel management. So I had to book an extraday, and pay for a room I didn't stay at for another day. Hotelservice is so slow.

Review 26：Breakfastbuffet had a lot of food but it was no changes so it bevame booring. The picktures of the rooms was lying. They showed big rooms, but they was small. Very few sunbeds. Had a massage on the hotel and they did not know how to do it.

Review 28：If you book a room on the top floor expect some strong noise from the conditioner generator located on the roof. Because of this noise we couldn't sleep the entire night and the staff at night couldn't help us (partly due to bad English and lack of motivation). The manager (very friendly) was able to swap our room in the morning. In general the rooms are good, but quite small. The double rooms always have two separate beds, which are put together (so you will always have a gap in between). The staff at the hotel was 50% nice and 50% not very.

Review 29：The hotel was good. The breakfast and dinner had great choice. The location was brilliant, directly on the beach and in 30min walk (along the beach) to the city centre. For those who is traveling by car there is no private parking, but in 2min from the hotel there is a huge free public parking. Hotel facilities (swimming pool, beach, sauna) are nice.

Review 32：Lors du diner, il manquait de place dans la salle à manger et nous avons dû aller manger sur la terasse à côté de la piscine cependant nous devions courrir après les ustensiles, les napkins et les condiments. La plage est petite est les chaises sont cordées. La piscine est aussi un peu petite.

Review 33：Hotel située en bordure de mer avec plage et boardwalk sur lequel, il est agréable d'aller faire une promenade. L'hôtel est située à une extrémité du boardwalk mais est tout de meme pres de tous les services. Nous avons prit la demi-pension et la nourriture était bonne et variée. Les drinks sont à un prix raisonnable. Notre chambre était confortable et propre et étions heureux d'avoir un réfrigirateur. Le personel étaient agréable.

Part sea view nice & unexpected. Very helpful staff, especially Elif, always smiling. Bellman was great. ZanZan at the SPA is very friendly. Gym is good. Like to mention that exceptional seashore view from the open glass elevator. Poseidon in general is a very good hotel with a great quality/price ratio & in my opinion, definitely recommended.

Second, they didn't mention the low exchange rate (granted it was on a board) but they could have told us either way.

Review 50：Main problem!! Staff are very nice and smiley but... almost all don't speak English, what caused a lot of misunderstanding. We booked HB but as we came late we missed first dinner. with been told that there will be sandwiches sent to our room but than recepation man told us that the reservation is for BB only so we won't get any food. it didn't help that he hardly spoke English and that we showed him the reservation confirmation sent by booking.com where is was written HB and we ended up going to a near by restaurant, only one opened on 23:00, and paying 40Euros for a dinner we've already paid for in our reservation. Only in the morning this was resolved. I asked for a lunch on departure day instead but then told that they don't serve lunches. I asked for any kind of compensation or refund, and told that this is impossible. Would have been nice if the hotel would have acknowledge their mistake and offer something on their behalf.

Review 51：Great location, right on the beach, away from the center but not too far. close to bus station and very easy to get from to the center and the marina. Rooms are nice and big. beach is great, facilities are good.

Review 52：Don't expect to much from staff as they dont know what to do. We went to breakfast at sharp 10.30 and already most of the items has been taken away. We got what is left. We asked tea but they said they dont have it and we paid and they brought tea from pool bar. When I checking out they didnt give me my invoice as resepcionist is not allowed to print the invoice.

Loved Hammam Turkish Bath at Life Spa Wellness in the hotel, an amazing experience. Worth going to Poseidon for this alone! Room 4037 side balcony, but big immaculate double room. Loved trying out the Mediterranean and Eastern style buffets at breakfast and dinner as this is one of the reasons for travelling. Our best meal was at a kebab street cafe: chicken kebab & soft drink for 2, 8 Euros. It is close to the Manchester Pub.

Review 60：the beach is dirty, but it is dirty all along the promenade anyway, the room is a bit small if going to stay in the hotel for a long time, maybe 10 sq m, it was literally tine, but we hey, value for money - we only paid 28 euro , in October!

Review 64：As i can only fault 1 thing about this hotel that the rooms are not a great deal on the big size but we stayed in 1032 part sea view (VERY GOOD)but small as on the side of the building so the rooms may vary in the different sizing depending on the locations.

Review 65：Location,was more than anyone could expect,arrival late evening greeted with attentive warm staff.Had a slight situation with my credit card upon arrival (without even asking staff reception just said that we can sort out the next day).Being shown to our room by the porter e had been given a twin room but requested a double & as these are only requests & not guarantees we then asked if possible we could get a double bed it was granted as there was availability. Rooms are fully equipped with a modern clean look with added fixtures,hairdryer,safe & (@ 3 euros a day good value) laundry service available,TV with many channels,telephone,mini bar& not forgetting the most state of the art walk in shower can hold more than 1 person lol. The services of cleanliness & towel/bed changing was serviced everyday . The hotel has its own small (but adequate free gym open everyday with its own wellness & spa treatments of which myself & partner had a reflexology & full body massage @a fraction of UK prices. Food was a lot better than reported i cannot understand how others can fault food here as they have a hugh section of foods available as have the chefs cook & prepare hot pancakes,eggs,omelettes in front of you A VAST variety 1 of the best i have had seen all over the world as i travel extensively.Just to finish off this review i can only say we all have different tastes & standards & expectations on how we spend & what we receive when spending our monies ,but as a scotch man you never needed to hold me done to say that it was every penny i spent on this stay,so be like me be Scotland the brave you will love it.
