Review 1：Entrance of the apartment is not secured. Hall doesn't have a a/c either a ceiling fan.

Review 2：Great location which allows you to have budgeted food from intermart next to it. As in Mauritius all touristic venue restaurants are very expensive to dine in.

Review 8：I stayed there for 14 days. It was really a pleasant stay. Nearer to visit all tourist spot of the north. And the apartment is fully furnished and also with cooking vessels. Overall nice place to stay alone or with family

Review 9：A big lizard appeared in the room every night and that makes us scared to use the kitchen at night And you hardly see the owner to or any staff to ask you if everything is OK or if you are fine you are just left on your own until your departure day

Review 11：This was a very nice apartment in a good location. If you were simply wanting to explore Grand Baie you might get away without a car. There was a large supermarket in the complex opposite which was useful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a pool in the complex, but I thought it was fairly uninviting. Staff were pleasant, but a bit absent.

Review 12：The surrounding is clean and the place is very close to the shoppingmall and Biches, it's like 10 minutes walk and you are alreadyenjoying the White sandy Biches and the fresh breeze from the IndianOcean. Great place and the owner is very friendly and shared with mewhat he does for the living.

Review 17：Stayed here for just under a month and it's great value for money. My 2-bed apartment had plenty of space and a decent sized balcony overlooking the fields at the back. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. Good location, a short walk to the beach and very convenient for the supermarket.

Review 18：My room came with a double bed, it's own sofa, kitchen, on suite and balcony. It was one of the most affordable accommodation I found and could not quite believe the level of value. I wanted to rent a bike and the owner arranged for it to be delivered to my apartment. I went biking for 3 days and they gave me all the advice I needed. Not only amazing accommodation but some of the nicest owners I ever met. Could not do enough. Thank you so much!!

Review 20：Lived there for almost 2 weeks. Great , friendly staff, always clean on time. There is a cooker, fridge , Cutlery and crockery. 5 minutes walk to a big shopping center. there is a small pool in the courtyard.

Review 24：The villa is close to the Mont Choisy shopping center, just about 5 minutes walk you can find many food choices. About 15 minutes walk to the Grand Bay beach side. The room is very spacious and clean. The owner Ash and Ruda are all very enthusiastic, willing to help to arrange the activities. If you have a car , it's a good place to stay. 旅店附近步行5分钟有购物中心，能找到不少吃的，但食品超市偏贵，离Super U距离较远，离海边十几分钟步行距离，可以接受。假如白天都要外出活动的话，还是个物有所值的住处。

Review 26：Everything was superb. Ash and wife were very helpful to us. WIFI was always working and the place is near the mall and bus stations. The mall has restaurants and a cinema.

Review 34：This is an apartment hotel - all suites, nothing fancy, but included everything you needed for the price. Spacious room. Location was walking distance to the beach area, and across from a nice mall with some restaurants & a food court. Good to have a fridge & kitchen. Free easy parking & many things within walking distance. Would stay again!

Meaning that the Air comes through easily.. Some water coming from the Second floor needs to be controlled from the top.. It was strange to see mopping coming down on the first floor. Serious control of tropical insects is needed. This is true to all Mauritius Hotels.. These POSITIVE/Constructive comments are Only meant to help for improvement. Review 39：My only complaints were the WiFi and bed mattress. The WiFi always worked — my Room 204 was nearest to the transmitter and I was shown how to reboot the transmitter if I needed to — but the signal was not robust and page up- and down-loads were often frustratingly slow. Much of the time only one webpage could be open. Sometimes even a simple text email could not be loaded. This may be common to Mauritius, I am unsure since this is the only WiFi I used on Mauritius and ‘island WiFi’ is often slower than WiFi on the continent. But it is important to complete all time-critical and heavy data tasks before arriving. I found the bed mattress too stiff for comfort or a good night’s sleep. That said I would lodge in Villa O’Soleil again.

Review 48：The apartment with 2 rooms was perfect for us as We travelled with 2 babies. We had a lot of space and slept very well even though the street is noisy during the day, it was quiet at night. It is well located, just in front of the mall Grand Bay Croisette and we could also walk to the beach. It was just a pity that there were no pavements everywhere to walk safe with kids and stroller. It was very convenient for everything and we could get local delicious food at the restaurant La Terrasse down the street. Ash and his wife were very nice and helpful as they gave us really good advices and organized airport transfers and car rental. Facilities are good but we did not use the pool as we wanted to see all the beautiful beaches around. We will definitely go back there and we recommend it to all kinds of travelers.

Review 49：Very good location. It's in the centre of the grand bay with super stores, Beach and bars are very close to villa. I would like to thank Mr.Ashwin and his wife for their great hospitality. They guided us very well and took care of us like a home member. Next time we will stay for more time at this villa. Very economical.

Surroundings and view awfull.Didn't feel safe as no security, was nearly mugged on 1st night then fire works being fired through nieghbours patio doors smashing it into pieces. police not once was called. Couldn't use so called gym as was bieng used as a laundry room. Poolroom total shambles. situated ontop of appartment roof, glass building yet no fans. All 4 sun loungers, were broken that were by pool. Broken bathroom window latch that shuts, opens and supose to lock it with.No Flst screen t.v. Was shown to our apartment the night we arrived a then was told we had to pay in full for there and then. We ended up paying an extra £1,600.00 for the last 6days of our stay to go to a Hotel as couldn't cope with the stress and worry. When we complained the wifes owner agreed with us what we were saying. We asked them for a refund but still to this day we have not recieved an apology nor any refund. What was meant to be a Holiday in a life time with my husband and 2 sons turned out to be a Holiday from Hell. And a very exspensive one too.

Review 76：It's a great hotel with a kitchen.The manager there is very enthusiastic and helpful. Very convenient location with a shopping mall and a bus stop near around, also a 24/7 convenient store in a gas station. I'd like to recommend this hotel to everyone who travel to Mauritius for a vacation rather than a waste of money and time like travel agency thing. You can just take a 5 minutes walk to Grand Baie to enjoy the sunshine or to take a bus to Mont Choisy like 10 minutes to enjoy the beach there. Lots of tour operator at Grand Baie so you can book you scuba diving here or something else. Above all, it is definitely a place for a cosy vacation. Next time I'm gonna stay here again.
