Review 2：Great staff! I needed to book a taxi at the Domodedovo airport and taxi company wanted a down payment in cash (!!!!)..... The nice girl from reception booked a taxi for us. Our room was clean and quite new.

Review 4：Staff were really pleasant. Good location. Room was much better quality than many other hotels in Russia and for a better price. Breakfast request taken the night before.

Review 5：No tea /coffee facilities in the room, limited breakfast options which had to be booked in advance and usually arrived in the morning from the nearest cafe as a result some dishes had to be reheated. Lack of knowledge of the tourist sights.

Review 6：The location was good. Free slippers and bathrobes but not full length. Air conditioning was good (it was +26 outdoors). Room service provided hot water if requested. They also provided mobile number of the tour guide (Sergey) for Suzdal.

Review 8：The hotel is very well located and close to the main attractions in Vladimir. The room is very neat and clean with no noise. Staff can speak basic English and try their best to help you, and even utilize google translate in case they are not able to speak some words.
