Review 1：There was no wifi available and for the price per night this was a greatbig drawback (in fact I had 2 more nights in Christchurch and chose amotel that had free wifi) Being able to "connect your computer tothe phone line"(& incur long distance phone charges) is not anoption. I had my I pad.

Review 3：No toilet roll holder in bathroom, no mirror in bathroom, only seemed to be one main light switch in the bedroom area, no plug in the bathroom to plug in hairdryer, shower pressure was not great.

Review 24：I booked through booking.com for 4 people. Through an unexpected change of circumstance there were only 3 of us able to make the trip. I was told the "travel agent" had set the price and it couldn't be changed. Having worked in motels and with booking.com, I know it can. Also the bathroom had some very old cobwebs hanging from the ceiling

Review 32：The facilities was great and the staff were very friendly. It was welcoming to find the motel easily after a late flight arriving at 1:00 am. The motel is just down the road from Westfield Riccarton.

Review 39：We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was especially good in terms of cleanliness, design and fixtures.
Review 40：Our room 18 was sort of out the back and the layout was awkward. Bed layout meant it was difficult to see tv which was on a side wall.

Review 44：The couch in the lounge was very uncomfortable - back cushioning non-existent. Bedroom is quite crammed - the double and single bed don't leave much space for anything else. Floor was cold despite heating the room. A lamp for evenings in the lounge would add some ambiance. Decor is oldish: Carpet is worn and some fittings are broken (ie: toilet-paper and towel holders) but did not cause any problem, just cosmetic.
Review 45：Lounge room is spacious. Bed very comfortable, with electric blanket. TV worked fine. Bathroom has plenty of hot water and both a bath and shower.
Review 46：Poor standard of room, very uncomfortable bed, with two beds in the room, one queen one single, and the double pushed up against the only wardrobe. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Kitchen facilities were both aged, in poor condition and inadequate, one pot had the lid stuck fast in it. I would not recommend this motel at all.
