Review 1：When we came to the facility we first had to pay the room in full. Instead of room with a view to Pico mountain - which we booked - we were then given a room overlooking a road and a concrete wall. After complaining hotel staff told us that unfortunatelly all rooms were booked. However they refused any refund.

Review 3：It is not really related with the apartment but there was a couple of roosters near the building that started to sing from 5am. I cannot sleep very well.

Review 5：The apartment was extremely musty smelling quite acrid. The bedding smelt horribly of damp and after two nights our night clothes smelt strongly of damp. When we complained of the damp smell the staff sprayed the room heavily with an odour repellent whilst we were out so had to breath that in as well. Noisy music from gym across the courtyard meant we had to sit in the bedroom to shut out the noise Lift didn't work and bedroom window which was virtually at street level had a catch which was broken. Damp problems need to be fixed.

Review 10：The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, very quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We appreciated the elevator when carrying our lugage. We also appreciated there was air conditioning. The breakfast is served in the apartment at the time you require. It's varied and abundant. Parking is free. There's a gym in front of the complex, even you can join zumba lessons. I enjoyed them very much!
