Review 1：1) Restaurant was closed for repairs ;) 2) Furniture is not modern.

Review 2：1) There is a cosy garden. My child was happy to play there by day and I made some online audio-video tests by night. 2) Wonderful collection of paintings, in fact the next door there is a gallery called VESTA. 3) 24 hrs emergency medical care nearby (one of the neighbour buildings).

Review 4：Large, comfortable bed, nice balcony, wifi good. Convenient parking right outside. Fridge supplied in room, not a mini-bar. Room and bathroom very clean indeed. Good value for money.

Review 5：No lift; Bad WI-FI signal; Because of the lack of curtains to separate shower there was always a big pool in the middle of the bathroom; loose tiles and everything was moving or coming off when you touch it everywhere in bathroom and room; Not allowed to turn up temperature of air conditioner over 23 degrees Celsius.

Review 7：No real problems. The room smelled a little smoky, which didn't bother me (I'm a smoker). For some that might be an issue, though.

Review 8：I was in Kazanlak because I wanted to go to the Buzludzha monument (about 20kms outside town). Couldn't have chosen a better starting point. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. It helped that I speak Russian - don't think their english is very good - but I think even without that it would have been a very easy and enjoyable stay. Btw, the rooms are done in a kind of antique 'Soviet-era style', but the bathrooms are modern - a great combination.

Review 15：Really wonderful, helpful and accommodating staff. Breakfast is a delicious Bulgarian spread. Close to the walking plaza and restaurants, train and bus stops, and local sights.

Review 18：The bathroom smelled. You can hear the plumbing activities of your neighbors. The staff could not communicate in English and therefore cannot really be a resource for you. It was also not in the center of town, albeit the town is pretty small.

Review 21：It was a pleasant hotel with a nice atmosphere. The bedroom was clean with a nice balcony. The breakfast was very good and laid out nicely. The dining room was delightful overlooking a nice patio terrace complete with overhead grapevine. It was virtually in the town so within easy walking distance of the restaurants and the Thracian Tombs. Parking was easy at the front of the hotel.
