Review 1：the room is quite small but I guess that is the norm in most of Japan.

Review 2：The location ..While it takes almost an hour to get to Tokyo center from the hotel the train station is just a minute away and there are several good restaurants to choose from.There is also a big shopping center nearby.It is very convenient to go around because the bus station is just two minutes away.The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive to our queries and needs.

Review 3：The breakfast set up was a bit 'hit and miss'. The way it is organised takes out quite a few tables so seating is a bit limited.

Review 9：The down-filled quilt on the bed is too warm for a heated room. The problem is that it leaves no option for adjusting the level of insulation: with it it's too hot, without it's too cold. After the first night I asket the staff for a light blanket, which solved the problem.

Review 37：Nothing really. Breakfast was only a Japanese buffet so we opted to go into the shopping centre and find our own at Starbucks.

Review 38：(coming from a seasoned traveller in Japan...) The staff ALL spoke absolutely amazing English and were incredibly polite and friendly. I felt like I could approach them very easily. Location was great; car parking available, there was a train station, short walk to restaurants, mini walk to shopping centre with everything you could want including Starbucks for that morning coffee. So much better than many of the other business hotel chains; new and modern with a touch of luxury.
