Review 1：The room has bad smell, humidity on the floor (using ceramics), no large double bed, being 2 beds and the prices are huge comparing with conditions. Food also, higher prices than a a hotel/ restaurant of 4 stars from a big city. Conditions for 2 stars - REALLY!!!

Review 3：Pool not clean in September, maybe out of season, since the hotel was almost empty, and that it could be better in summer. I did not mind, but be aware that it is located about 3 km from the Crisan ferry dock.

Review 4：Great English speaking staff, always helpful and eager to please your demands. The hotel is, as far as we could see, the only really hotel in Crisan, with all the fascilities you expect, although out of season, it was very little action. But you will go here for exploring the delta, and the hotel will surely please your needs at a descent price. Just ask in the reception, they arrange individual tours in a small motorboat with guide, very exciting, also safe, and you wear a life west during the tour. Staff in restaurant very friendly, although the menu can be limited; after all they need some supplies , and sometimes they may run out, I suppose. But, of course, a hotel in the Danube Delta serves fresh fish, and it is delicious! Hotel area and surroundings are very exciting, with a nice dock area at the Danube bank, with seating area and goats(!). A playground, swimming pool, and the hotel village with fishing pond is located right in the back of the main building.

Review 5：The Reception is a disappointment, not helpful trying to propose you adifferent room that the one that have been booked a lot of the gueststhat came in the same time with us had to stay in the main hotelalthough they have been booking annexe double rooms !!From all thereception staff, the most helpful was the man working there !! You can`teat when you want , like in a normal 4 star hotel , you are dictated bythe chef when to eat and what to eat you have to book your meal waybefore even though you might not feel like eating what you ordered atbreakfast time for lunch ! The way you have to order food is if you wantto have lunch and don't wait to much time you need to order atbreakfast time , and for dinner the same way applies you need to orderat lunch time what you want to eat at dinner that if you don't wantto wait long time for the food to come out from the kitchen !! Thekitchen is open in between certain hours and the chef will not cookoutside those hours !! Although they have a menu full of differentcourses , the choice is minimal as the chef wont cook 50% of the courseson the menu !! Comparing with other 4 stars hotels from the Danube Deltayou cant have a authentic traditional culinary experience , as a lot ofthe traditional dishes where nonexistent! All in all it was a verydisappointing experience trying to eat , the waiters where over workedas so the service was fair after their possibilities !! All time Istayed there I was made feel like we where the ones that have to behave, come in time for a meal and don`t be late , and not moan about nothing, and have to say sorry as I was told they had a lot of tourists and Ihad to understand that ... although they forgot a massive detail .... Iwas their client ....! I have asked help with booking a return transportto Tulcea the first day I came I was promised that they will do itstrait away ...

Review 6：Swimming pool was nice and the fact that you can do various thingsinside the hotel`s grounds ! Trips to different destinations whereok ! Nice selection of wine in the restaurant ! Some of the staffwas helpful!

Review 7：Even though the food was not bad, we needed to wait 2h to get the ordered food at the restaurant. The restaurant service was horrible. Asked for a knive, we got it after asking twice. They didn't deliver the change after paying the bill, we needed to ask for it. Extremely bad service there.

Review 8：The rooms were generous and looking very good. There were lots of possibilities of having fun, pool, games, billiard, darts, etc. The position was very good, on the main Sulina Channel.
