Review 1：The couple in charge of the hotel is not only extremely pleasant, kind and helpful, they also do an amazing job at keeping the hotel beautiful (loved all the flowers) and clean.

Review 2：Only thing to complain about was the shower didn't have much water coming out.

Review 4：Some traffic noise in rooms fronting Willmott Avenue daytime and evening but fairly quiet later, for sleeping.

Review 5：The little things are thought of - hooks in bathroom, enough storage space, full length mirror, good lighting everywhere. Room was clean and spacious and staff friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Review 8：The location is very good ,Down the road is the main street of Margaret River. The supermarket ,shops and restaurant are within walking distance .Benedic at the reception is very friendly and advised us many places of interest and restaurants . will definitely stay again .

Review 10：The location was excellent for getting out and about and in walking distance to the main street. The hostess was delightful and gave us lots of local information at check-in. Extras like beach towels and access to bikes was a bonus. The garden setting was lovely. Each evening we enjoyed sitting out on the individual courtyard patio. All crockery and cutlery was cleaned and replaced on a daily basis. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Review 11：Bed and bedding was a little uncomfortable - sheets were over-starched, and the quilt was constantly slipping off the bed. Pillows were too flat for my comfort.

Review 14：After the expense of a weekend in a hotel in Perth, I meant to book something with full self-catering facilities, whereas this just had a microwave and no kitchen sink to wash up. I accept that this may have been my fault, but perhaps the description of the accommodation could make it clearer. Nevertheless, we managed OK and there are good restaurants within walking distance.

Review 15：Very comfortable bed. Friendly and very helpful owner. A couple of minutes walk from the centre of town and a supermarket literally next door.

Review 16：Bed was not as comfy as I hope it'd be - good sheets really make a difference. Spiders on bed but easily got rid of by using bug spray that was provided in cupboard, no big deal there.

Review 17：Great location, amenities, and staff. The garden was lovely to have breakfast in. Free wifi and a selection of movies didn't hurt either. Serviced daily with all dishes washed too!

Review 18：The microwave is only for warming up of food and we can't cook. Nice patio outside the unit which is great to chill and hv a relax dinner in the evening. Since the supermarket is nearby,would hv been excellent if there is cooking facilities.

Review 21：Very clean and quiet room. A faulty jug in the room was replaced immediately with a new one. Good self contained facilities. Staff very helpful in suggesting a restaurant that gave a discount to Vintages guests. Very close to shops

Review 27：Ray is a very good host. He recommended us where are those child friendly restaurants and places with parks and playground. Benedict was great too! Our water heater was not working and she got it fixed within 30 mins! fantastic service. Location is good too. Just walking distance to Woolworth.

Review 28：Perfectly delightful - such a homey and cozy place! The location is excellent - right in the centre of town and easy to get to food, groceries or the local markets. Benedict, from the front desk, was so helpful in explaining the different attractions and recommending activities, restaurants and wineries, and also helped us with securing our lunch bookings during the busy long weekend.

Review 29：The room was quiet, warm and comfortable all on ground level, with a lovely patio and ample onsite parking.. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Review 30：We did not make aware that we are travelling with a young kid; they tried their best to give us the room with an extra bed (which turned out that we were upgraded to a bigger room at no additional cost). Our child fell sick and they were very concerned that we should seek medical attention.

Review 31：A great Motel for two sisters on a weekend away. Our room no 5 was lovely and in a quiet spot and was spacious and secure. We had 2 single beds in one room and a QB in the large main living room with the dining area and kitchen. The bathroom with shower and toilet was very large and modern. There was a lovely courtyard if we wanted to sit outside. The Manager was very helpful with ideas on places to visit and located these on a map for us. We were given discount vouchers to use at shops and restaurants also a great selection of free DVDs to watch if we had time and WIFI. Easy 5 min walk to the main Street and a Woolworths across the road.

Review 32：Very quiet but still close to town centre , easy to walk to restaurants . The staff were very helpful with suggestions for local places to visit which was very helpful .

Review 33：Room 12 was clean, comfortable, quiet and secluded, yet just minutes to Main Street Margaret River, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Anything we wanted to know regarding restaurants, galleries, wineries etc.was handled in a very friendly manner by Glenys and Ray, with nothing too much trouble. They even helped us plan our itinerary over two days. We will recommend this to our friends and will be back.

Review 44：Extra charge for 3rd person although booked for 3 people ? Prices changed and overcharged at market, wine cellar and Koffee tasting shop, I.e. We're told several times the price shown was the wrong price, overcharged by $19 at coffee place as "they hadn't cleared till from previous customer"

Well stocked small kitchenette - nice touches like a chopping board and a good sharp knife as well as nice crockery etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Woolworths and all the other shops.

Review 49：Beautiful "revamped" large room, really comfy bed and quiet location. Warm welcome by Glenys on check-in and lots of tourism information and discounts in restaurants in town. We left some wine behind after checkout - and theypersonally delivered it to us in perth !. Service above and beyond.The property is centrally located in the middle of Margaret River town but back a few streets from the main drag - so central while being nice and quiet.

Review 57：Glennys, the proprietor, went the extra mile for us by actually driving us to Prevally beach to watch the Margaret River Pro Surf Carnival. She comes across a little bit gruff, but she was fanastic and a wealth of knowledge regarding the area.

Review 59：The neighbour's growling, barking dog on Friday night. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak or the band width too small to cope with today's normal needs i.e. accessing basic email and Facebook..

Vintages is located withing walking distance of the main strip in Margaret River so we barely needed the car all weekend. Rooms were updated, super clean, and quiet. Review 72：This is very well positioned accommodation just two minutes walk to the main Street in Margaret River. The room itself was very clean & I found the bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Review 73：The room we were initially allocated was poorly lit, two shades of grey and limited cooking facilities. We asked for a change of rooms and this was granted but still the same grey decor.

Review 76：We stayed for only one night in a roomy two bedroom apartment but only using one bedroom (2 people booking). Great centrally located accommodation. The apartment was very clean and has modern furnishings, including large LCD TV, DVD player in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped with fairly new appliances. Parking was also available at no charge just outside the door. Other than the bed being too firm, we could not fault the apartment. Would definitely recommend

Review 82：Immaculately clean, newly renovated bathroom, huge king size comfortable bed, cute little balcony with climbers over the lattice separating you from the side street that the room was facing and making it nice and private, very spacious room with a small table and chairs and comfy armchairs, clean small kitchenette. The garden was stunning!!! The hosts were absolutely lovely and very caring, I got a call the day before saying they couldn't be there to meet us when we arrive but made sure we knew which room was reserved for us and provided fresh milk and informed us that someone else would be in the office to answer any questions. We only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to stay longer, recommended this place to our friends already and would love to return next time!

Review 87：The one bedroom apartment, number 12 was very comfortable and clean and full of touches that felt like home. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet but close enough to town to be very convenient.

Review 88：There is rather limited wardrobe space and the "kitchen" facilities are minimal although we eat out from choice, so that this did not bother us.

Review 89：Convenient location within walking distance of the main street although there is quite a steep hill down to the northern end of the street.The bedroom is large, comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was well fitted. The owner was very helpful with advice on where to eat and what to do.

Review 94：Stayed at Vintages for 2 days and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the motel and the attention to details that has been given . We where upgraded to a superior room for the 2nd day and loved every minute of it. Staff where helpful and friendly also.

Review 95：This was the second time we stayed there but this time we had a 6 month old baby. When I booked they only had hotel rooms left so that's what I booked so was chuffed when we arrived and they had upgraded us to an apartment to make life easier with a baby!! Delighted! Very clean and serviced daily. Staff also very friendly and it is so close to the town and all amenities, can't fault really, we will be back again!

Review 99：Vintages is a great place to stay. We are two friends who went to compete in the Dressage Event. This time we were unable to book a larger apartment so stayed in a Studio which was very comfortable but we enjoy being able to cook and prepare our own food and the Studio isn't designed for cooking. The staff are fantastic and very obliging and the rooms are the cleanest you will ever experience. I will make sure I will book many months in advance next time! I have rated the Kitchen facilities on the larger apartment, not the Studio.

Review 109：The room we were provided with was spacious, immaculately clean and had all the amenities you could possibly require. They even provide an extensive collection of movies at reception for all customers to use if they fancy a night in. Staff at the motel are very friendly and most helpful without being invasive. We had a lovely stay and would highly reccomend this accomadation for families or couples staying in Margaret river.

Review 110：Decor, especially in bathroom, a little dated. Overpowering scent diffuser...but left it outside the room and it was removed.
