Review 1：We liked everything. Friendly staff, Great quality of food. A clean facility and very close from the castle. Among all the hotels we stayed in our route from ClujNapoca and Bucharest, this one was the best!
Review 2：At the restaurant stuff didn't really know how to behave (definitely not for such good hotel). Waitress opened a good-quality vine bottle like it was some cheep bear. Meat that should be high-quality turned out very poor.

Review 4：No private parking, the parking is on the street in front of the hotel and you have to find a free spot; problems with the water, no proper pressure of the running water (I understand they had some problems that night), small elevator, was difficult to use it with a small baby plus luggage.

Review 12：Some waiters, not all, were rude.At breakfast i requested for a second cofee and after i waited for 15 minutes i give up. I would have even paid for it. The second day we tried to eat dinner and the same waiter told us that we could get only soup because they have a table of 20 people. We felt like we were asked to leave, so we did. We ended up having a great time at a pizza place near by.

Review 14：all the corridors and the rooms are full of cigarette smoke despite the fact that they say that smoking is forbidden in rooms. Not only guests ignore this but also the maids ,they clean the rooms while they smoke a cigarette! All the linens are smelly and also the pillows,it was a real hell to sleep there . the restaurant is divided in two sections,one for smoking and the other for non smoking people but everywhere is smelly as there is no ventilation! In bathroom there is only liquid soap,nothing else....they say they are 4 stars... Food was surprisingly good and some dishes were very good,service was excellent. Breakfast is a la carte and you got 20 lei credit which is not enough ,so if you want to drink an orange juice you have to pay supplementary .
