Review 1：As with all hotels in Azores.... Cold room, insufficient bedding. I recommend investing in duvets.
Review 2：Lovely views to pico. Nice pool, but too cold to use on this trip. Horta itself is a lovely little town
Review 3：The walk up from the town is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. May we suggest that the Hotel invest in 'Tuk Tuk' or golf buggy and provides a transfer to and from the town. This would help all its customers as well as the less able!
Review 4：The views from the hotel across to Pico are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting on our balcony taking it in. The breakfast was adequate,certainly not excessive. It is a bit of a truck up the hill from the town, but the views make up for it when you get there.

Review 8：The breakfast was simply splendid! (It was the only place out of four hotels we styed in that offered actaully vegetables as well). The bed was superb and in general the hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 10：Dinner was very basic. Hotel should use Azorean produce (vegs with main course were tinned...). It would be very easy for chef to improve dinner with fresh Azorean produce.

Review 23：We only used the hotel for an overnight stay before moving on to São Jorge, but it was a very nice place to stay and with extremely helpful staff at the reception.
Review 24：Breakfast is poor and boring, even the cold scrumbled eggs often run out, no Portugues corizos or Azorean cheese, awful coffee and watered juices. After the second day you had better skip it or buy your food in a supermarket. It is essential to have a car if you do not want to climb the steep street that goes to the hotel from the centre.
Review 25：The view of Pico is breathtaking if you are lucky to get the proper room. A few rooms have only partial view and many none.
Review 26：Wifi is the typical hotel scheme, bad coverage, with the endless in-range/out-of-range behavior. The hotel's water heating does not seem to work when a lot of people are taking their showers, resulting in cold water during that time. Staff was polite but they seemed lost and not well trained, stalling when information was requested. Too expensive compared to the surrounding options.
Review 27：Spacious and clean room and bathroom. It has an assortment of things in the hotel, which you may or may not use depending on whether you want to stay at the hotel the whole day. Swimming pool, balcony, pricey restaurant nextdoors.

Review 31：The room was spacious (stayed on the top floor), quiet, clean, and comfy. The information provided by the front desk staff was accurate and enthusiastic. Breakfasts were nice; I'd say above average for European offerings. The view was what I liked most...our own neighborhood offered shopping and restaurants; plus, we were an easy walk to all the other areas I wanted to visit.
