Review 1：On the arrival we thought the place is shut down. No lights outside and very dim lights at the reception. We checked in to on room which was dirty and so big and empty that we could hear our own echo. The towels and soap/shampoo weren't provided in the room. We asked to swap the room so we've been given another one with bit better conditions. We booked our room as double but we were given twin. The only way we could get double bed was to join two beds together which has been done for us but still uncomfortable. The sheets and covers were ripped and had massive holes. Breakfast served only till 9. There was massive rips on the floors and apart from the wardrobe all of the furniture was tired and broken. They've given us two leather chairs but we could see fabric underneath the flaky leather pieces. The tv was old and the remote didn't work and the batteries inside were chewed. I decided not to have a shower in the broken shower - the only way you could have a shower was to hold it as the holder above was broken. There's lack of any standards and style. It felt worse than hostel. Didn't stay another night. This place needs general refurbishment.
