Review 1：No internet available though signal was showing...were not able to check my mails and many other improtant stuffs. No AC very tough in 30C above

Review 2：Its close to the batehaven beach...and close to restaurants and amusement park(open)

Review 3：Very disappointed we were not told it had a very old fold out bed , shower was not well kept amongst other things.

Review 5：Uncomfortable bed and sofa. Our room was upstairs directly over the rubbish bins absolutely reaked. We used the local laundromat.. (you may want to check holiday period open times). We found ourselves travelling into the bay to do our laundry as it was closed between NYE and the 4th of January.

Review 8：Very friendly staff at reception. A small private veranda/courtyard area outside the room was a pleasant surprise. Just 3-4 mins walk from a little shopping area and a beach.

Review 10：All the taps screamed when turned on and not just our room but to the point of waking to neighbour using tap. Sofabed extremely uncomforable with sheets so old and worn they were see through.

Review 15：The location was excellent, I was impressed that I received a phone call the day before I was due to arrive to ask if I had any special or particular needs. That was good old fashioned service in action. can't beat that.

Review 32：There were a few things which needed tweaking. The screen door to the balcony was off the tracks, hard to open. The exhaust fan in bathroom needed cleaning. Some touch up painting required. There was a lack of local information available.. eateries, events etc. None of the above affected my opinion of the motel & I would stay there again.

Review 33：The rooms we had were spacious, as was the bathroom. We had a balcony also, with a sea view. There were a few areas which need some improvement, but they certainly didn't detract from our stay. Parking was easy, and the grounds very clean.

Review 34：Free WiFi not available - only one tiny soap - no shampoo - no breakfast offered - sheets not changed during 4 night stay - room only cleaned once - fresh towels only twice - VERY NOISY fairground opposite - we left motel each morning so room could be cleaned but only cleaned once - air conditioner difficult to operate - lights on motel sign not on at night so difficult to find on busy road.....GENERALLY a disappointing experience at the motel - the Batemans Bay area is a delight and would visit again but not this motel.

Review 39：Room was large (with 4 people). Had a separate bedroom with queen + single. Sofa bed for 4th person that was a little uncomfortable. nice area to sit down and eat. Located in Batehaven it was literally across the road to the Clyde River.
