Review 1:No hot water for 3 days we were there. Coackroaches in bedroom. Bath in first room so bad we moved but no hot water! No price lists. Price of drink/food varied every day according to whe served you but was cheaper when my husband was with me - he is Tunisian. Very cheap deal but have stayed in many hotels in Tunisia - this is by far the worst. Will never use again but then, it is government owned - says it all!

Review 2:Staff. Bed was comfy. Food was adequate. Location good. Nice swimming pools and garden area.

Review 3:Everything actually... Most of the staff working there seemed not to care The hotel had poor standard to be a 4 star hotel... Avoid there is better choises

Review 5:The staff in the reception were indeed very rude and not helpful in some issues. They behaved specially the receptionist very ignoring to me and my wife. When i asked to talk with hotel manager they didnt bother to send my request further. Poor quality of guest interest. The food was ok but not more. The hotel seems to need a renovation. I suggest that you avoid this hotel and find another place. ex. kantaoui center. much more valuble for the money. we did for the rest of our stay in Sousse and we dont regret it. Me and my wife will never return to this place ever. Not worth the money. **Avoid this hotele**

Review 6:Not much that impressed me for being a 4 star hotel. shoul immediately degree down to 2-3 star rate. This once may have been good hotel but me and my wife was very dissapointed. mostly for the rude behaviour from hotel receptionist. That seems to all but not friendly. They even pushed us away from the reception by saying its not aloud to be in front of the desk. Also bothered me very mutch with booking.com as they were afraid not to get payed... Very unfriendly staff.

Review 7:Handy to the marina and local shops and bars and staff went out of their way to help

Review 8:The furnitures are very old, TV is oldest style, set one channel only. The gate security and manager were very rude,not allowed any drink or food from the supper market bring into the Hotel even if you bought all have to dispose them. The prohibition note was on gate which is small and no body would be able to pay attention about it. The reason given: Hotel doesn't want to resbond any food poison. But the hotel provided the same things from the same resources, the only deferent is price 3 times up.

Review 9:The Lobby hall and courtyard are graceful. Breakfast is fine. Not too expensive, value for money.

Review 10:The hotel rooms were very basic , no hot water , bath and sink broken , not very clean , lifts were out of order , very disappointed would not recomend

Review 11:No internet connection in rooms Loud music all night until sunriseLunches and Dinners were not as I expected, not tasteful and low qualityfood. What is left from lunch it is served in the dinner with minor addon. The dinner was too early, from 6-8:30 pm.
