Review 1：Slow Internet connection (or rather lack of it) was quite annoying, but this is our only complain.

Review 2：Everything else was great. Very nice and helpful staff.

Review 3：I like that our room had all the facilities that we need in the kitchen like toaster, kettle, oven, hob , plates, utensils and fridge/freezer. Also we had a comfortable bed and a spacious bath tub.

Review 4：Not especially clean No double bed, only two singles pushed together. No iron available. Breakfast with only crumby instant coffee, toast, tired fruit and a few boiled eggs was disappointing. Room was cold. At one point there was no hot water. I wouldn't stay there again...

Review 9：Despite some of the reviews we read we found the Hotel to be very clean with a comfortable spacious room. Everything worked well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Well situated in Xlendi close to the beach and all the popular eating places.

Review 10：Unwelcoming atmosphere at reception Gloomy place No or little security Upon entering/exiting hotel we came across people with diving equipment who blocked the entrance Place is quite dirty... Cobwebs in lampshade, really dusty curtains, stained bath, stained quilt, food containers for cats at the reception Room key card was with the room number - if this card gets lost someone who finds it can easily get to the hotel (as there was the details of the hotel on the back) and access our room. Apart from this the card was all scratched showing that it is used with different residents. We only had 2 small towels to use which in fact we didnt use as we took ours. The towels are changed every 2-3 days "to take care of the environment" but in my opinion it is a lack of hygene

Review 12：Nice location near the water. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. Adequate parking not far from the hotel. Staff was helpful. Nicely furnished and a good sized apartment. Enjoyed having a balcony, too.

Review 13：Close too the sea. First room only overlooked a tiny dark court but when I asked if they had one facing the street they where kind enough to upgrade us to an apartment with a balcony!

Review 14：Apartment generally not very clean. Crockery,cutlery dirty and needed to be washed before use. No brush for sweeping floor. Had to ask for floor to be cleaned. Bed linen changed only once a week. Pots and pans basic and in poor condition. Expected more from an ApartHotel.Basic and really orientated to diving.

Review 18：I didn't like the fact that our double bed was just two single beds put together which was not very comfortable. The breakfast was, in my opinion, quite poor since there was not much variety to choose from and the bar was closed most of the time, something I found strange.

Review 19：The staff were very friendly, helpful and laidback, and I also liked the fact that they had diving facilities and equipment available. The building is hospitable with a cute restaurant attached to it. Also, as an animal lover I loved the fact that they took care of some cats, leaving food, water and shelter available to them :) Well done!

Review 20：The cleanliness of the balcony door and balcony left much to be desired. The door leading to the bathroom was not user friendly. During our last day the floor was occupied by rowdy visitors.

When I complained and asked for a change of room I was told "your lucky to have have a balcony some rooms don't have one"!!

Review 41：There's only one bus that comes to Xlendi and the bus come less than once in a hour. The sightseeing hop on hop off buses stop there though.

Review 42：Only staff in the hostel are the owner and his secretary and they are both extremely nice and helpful but they are in the hostel only in the morning. We got a free upgrade from 3 beds room to a 2 bedroom appartment which was very nice. The appartment was in average condition, nothing extra. Breakfast was hostel quality: toast, juice, coffee/tea.

Review 43：When we first arrived there was no one at the reception and the doors were locked so we had to wait around 20 minutes with the luggage till someone showed up. There was also rust in the shower and the flushing wasn't working properly.

Review 44：The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a balcony with outdoor seating, an electric kettle even though it wasn't in the room description. Amazing atmosphere in the bar/restaurant downstairs! Great value for money!

Review 45：Cleanliness is a big issue in this property. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. The room was too small and smelled like mold when we entered. Breakfast area was not very clean either and we found a rotten orange (green and covered in mold) in the fruit bowl at the breakfast bufe. I do not recommend this place as the photos of the rooms seem nice but the rooms are much older than how they look on the photos (at least the inland rooms). Cleanliness definitely needs improving.

Review 64：We had a balcony room which was lovely. The village is away from the majority of tourists and has walks nearby as well as a lovely swimming beach where you can dive from, kayak or swim. The watch tower at the end of the cliffs is amazing.

Review 65：Mark and the rest of his staff were brilliant - helpful, efficient and friendly! Ample variety for breakfast, room clean and very tidy. Really liked the curtains that darkened the room for a good night's rest. Aircon was a plus and wi-fi reception never failed. The bus to Victoria practically leaves from the front door. The beach is withing a minute's walk from the apartment. I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again....anytime!

Review 124：The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed. It has comfortable beds, balcony, aircon... Continental breakfast is simple but good. We've been a few times and will go back.

Review 125：Bathroom needs replacing. Shower door does not close. Wash basin from the 60's. Will not stay again for sure. Grand hotel much better for just a few extra euros.
