Review 3：we booked the room with a sea view and we Enjoyed the most beautiful sunset i've seen in Malta. The rooms were cozy and Staff was nice and helpfull.

Review 4：It's definitely not a 4 star hotel but for 60 euros it was worth it. They also gave us a twin room at first when I requested a double via booking.com, however, they changed our room as soon as we let them know of this mistake.

Review 6：Room was not comfortable at all. Mattress was noisy and I almost fell off cause it was old. Didn't sleep for more than 15 mins all night. Toilet and bathroom sink leaked water and had to use all my towels to clean the floor. There was no light in room when we arrived but this was rectified immediately. During breakfast I chose a table which was not cleaned after someone else and the waiter cleaned it by just using his hand to throw the crumbs and other left overs on the floor. Beware of room 109! Thank God I only stayed there for one night.

Review 48：Overall, I certainly would not rate this hotel as 4*. Firstly, the standard of cleanliness was not high. There was no hotel wifi in the room, a voucher had to be purchased at reception for Internet. This could only be used on one device. You had to log out when finished, which we couldn't do. Apparently there was still credit on the voucher but when we went to log in again, we couldn't connect to wifi at all. We said it to the man behind the reception desk but his response was to speak to the receptionist the following morning! We explained we would be checking out then but that was his only offer of a solution to the problem! After night #1, we brought the issue of the awful smell from our ensuite to the receptionist's attention who assured us she would get it seen to. When we came back after a long day of sightseeing, the smell was still as bad as ever. Lying in bed the following morning, we could get the awful stench. When checking out, we brought up this issue (again) as well as the problem concerning the wifi voucher. She rang the Internet company and refunded us our money and gave us a discount on our stay.

Review 49：A great location. Good bus service to Victoria and you are there in 10 minutes. Beautiful view of the bay which you can enjoy while having breakfast.

No wifi in the rooms and a TV at 80 degrees to the left of the bed next to the side table rather than at the foot of the bed. Cleaning into the nooks and crannies could be much better. The hotel is spotless and run very efficiently with the dedication of people like Mario the Op. Manager and everyone else on duty during our stay. We saw great.improvement since we stayed last time and would like to thank everyone for their dedication in their work which is highly appreciated in making our stay a one to remember!! Review 61：The hotel has a lovely location, surely would Recommed to stay in a sea view it's really worth it , the views are fantabulous , we spent a good part of the morning relaxing in the balcony. If you feel like swim all you have to do is 'jump in the sea' as the hotel is on the waters edge . Rooms are very clean and all the staff where friendly and helpful

The tiny balcony had just enough space for two very old and dirty white plastic chairs. The pool area up on the roof has the smallest pool I have ever seen. Wifi is free, but it only works in the lobby. I would give the hotel 2 stars.

Review 78：Was meant to receive a 10 per cent discount as we were part of a group that was entitled to this. I didn't receive it of my room. Excellent location for water sports and eating out in restaurants located in the bay. St Patricks service of food was not at an acceptable level. Staff were slow to bring out food to my friend and on another occasion to my family. They described the service as being like 'faulty towers'. Restaurants surrounding the hotel were efficient, friendly and clean. Eat there instead. The hotel menu needs to be over hauled.

Review 101：Although there are beautiful views from the rooftop terrace, it was not well looked after. The small bathing pool was nice to cool down in but it wasnt very clean. The jacuzzy wasnt working and the toilets on the rooftop were dirty. On our last night the power went out at 2am and never got it back before we left at 1pm together with the water having been cut off. So no shower, couldnt even wash hands...staff were nice about it but felt they could have given us a discount or could have been more apologetic about it rather then just blame it on the small island.

Review 105：Bathroom had no proper shower.Just a shower rose hanging down from high above with no place to hang it, have to hold in hand. A bad smell emitted all the time from the toilet even when not flushing, no extractor fan in bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times.

Our room was too hot and the ceiling fan in the room did not provide the necessary comfort. One would expect this category of hotel to have independent cooling and heating as each guestroom would require.

Review 123：Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spacious, classically decorated sea view room. Very good breakfast. Great range of toiletries in the bathroom. Stayed at the end of the winter season and the area was very quiet which facilitated a great nights sleep. Room a little cold but extra duvet provided and the heating was easy to operate. Lovely walks in the area. Bus travels to Victoria every hour and is about a ten minute journey. Look forward to going back.

The hot shower didn't have any power, so water was just dripping and next morning there were no hot water at all. There was only 1 blanket and 4 pillows on the bed and no extra blanket.There were 2 additional pillows in the wardrobe, so 6 pillows in total. Couldn't decide where to use another 2 :) All these things shouldn't apply for a 4 star hotel.

Review 129：The location is amazing - in front of bay. A short walk around the bay is highly recommended - beautiful cliffs and bay views. On the way here are many benches to relax and enjoy sea views. Good coffee and continental breakfast. The room itself was nice. Few good places to have dinner nearby (i.e. Indian Restaurant).

Review 134：It was overpriced considering it waste lowest time of year and no tourists. With all the empty toons I was surprised I wasn't offered a better room with view. There were less than 10 people staying in hotel. There was construction on 1-2 floors and nobody warned me about the noise, dirt and smells. The front desk staff need to lower their voices when taking care of business. I could hear their disgruntled conversations with each other. This is unacceptable.
