Review 1：The rooms are so noisy and so dirty... the room towels are realy bad smelling.... Also the bereakfast is not clean and not tasty...Resepsions persons are so slowly.. they always has a system problem on their computer... Before stay this hotel that please think about 2 times!!!! I normally stay in many hotels but this hotel is really shame!!

Review 5：I've read all the comments before I book. I was seriously doubting to book because most of the comments were below satisfactory. However, hotel pictures were quite good. I decided to give it a shot and I am glad that I did. I stayed in Riadh Palms and Hotel Karawan previously. This one is far better then they are. Definetely, this hotel deserves a higher ranking.

Review 8：The room and hotel was dirty around the corners and the bed was one of the worst that I have ever slept in, and I have slept in a quite a few bad beds in my life.

Review 9：The hotel was in a good location and it was a nice value for the money. The staff were willing to let me check in at 9:00 which was a big deal for me as I didn't have anywhere else to put my luggage.

Review 12：Very high price, dirty, noisy; even if you are thinking to book here only for one night, please, don't do it! It's a fake 5 star hotel, it's barely a 1 star hotel. Don't waste your money. the worst breakfast I ever seen ( I asked for a glass of water and they replayed " water is not part of the breakfast, 3 dinar please...". Remote controller for the TV is not in the room, you need to deposit 10 dinar to have (this to clarify you the level of hosts of the hotel...). don't book here, find another place.

Review 23：Staff seemed like they were all temps, not really knowing much about the hotel or the area. Completely broken shower curtain rail and air conditioning made noise regardless of whether it was on or not, predictably staff were unable to deal with these. Location is hopeless if you are interested in the town area.
