Review 1：We came across many Japanese hotel staff in different part of Japan with poor English ability, but then usually they would try their best to use body language etc to compensate. At Konya, we were quite surprised that no one seems to want to serve us since we are not Japanese speaker, and while we witnessed they provided very detailed explanation on hotel facilities and provided them with choice with yukata etc, we were given zero explanations. Some junior hotel staff showed us the room then that's it, without asking us for dinner / breakfast time, showing us directions for dining halls and onsen. It was not very impressive.
