Review 1：We were outside saying good bye to friends and one of the staff jumped out screaming we are to loud and will call police! Really? Maybe simple polite way would be better than rude angry way?

Review 5：The staff were nice but weren't very helpful. They were also extremely loud in the morning (starting at 7:30). I think it was the shift change or they were starting the cleaning of the hostel.but they were laughing and talking as though they were the only ones around. Also, small thing but the kitchen would need another cutting knife as the one there did not cut at all.
Review 6：The location was excellent. Right in the old town. Couldn't ask for better. The room was small and the mattress really hard. But for the price, it was extremely clean and served its purpose.
Review 7：Can't open the door twice due to an old locking system and unstable key. Feared to break it up. Breakfast is okay, but could get monotonous if you are staying for a longer period.

Review 9：A coat of paint to cover all the scuff marks in our room, #24, would be nice plus at least one picture as the room was rather barren; PLUS a light on each stairway would be a huge help as the stairs were very dark. Would stay again in a hearbeat though!

Review 11：Steep stairs, rooms are rather tiny and fully packed with beds. No air condition (hot inside). I do not believe that bathrooms/toilets are cleaned every hour (as announced on the wall), but nevertheless they are ok.
Review 12：I booked a room just a few hours before my arrival. Very good value for money. Excellent location, on one hand side I could park my car just at the next street and walk to the very centre of the old city. Clean room although walls sometimes are a bit obscure and made of cartoon. Kitchen annex available with tea and some coffee. I recommend for your short stay in Torun!
