Review 1：1-The indoor Pool water is cold although it was mentioned to the reception three time to switch the heaters but with no response. 2-Breakfast was not as expected or as it is used to be before. 3-One day there was not hot water in the bath.

Review 5：The room was nice but a little run down and the carpets throughout were very stained which was disappointing. All the hotel needed a spring clean and the service was slow constantly.

Review 6：The pool was clean and the sun beds were free which is some cases this is unusual. The double bed in the room was massive and very comfortable. The air con was a great! We has a little fridge too which froze water and when it's 47c you need it.

Review 8：The animation team are awesome they r doing their best to maintain the best ambiance even those the hotel was almost empty after the situation of Sousse. The lady in the main restaurant is very professional she is awesome & very helpful, the chef of the main restaurant r doing their best too. Thank u so much u exceed my expectations.

Review 20：i hope if there more tv channels , there is noise in street view rooms , i hope if you can change the glass to Silencer , there is no electric socket beside the bed
