Review 1：Room was not up to standard of $200 a night. In the frig was a open honey container,the curtain did not close fully, the balconey was dirty, no spoons for the breakfast cerial

Review 3：The drains in the hotel smelled rather bad. We noticed it first in our room, but the toilets down in the bistro also had the same smell. It was extremely hot weather (40+c), so that may have had something to do with it, but it needs to be addressed!

Review 4：Room wasn't made up on the second last day. Being in Room 1 we were very close to the exit door down to ground floor. Very noisy with people coming and going

Review 8：Girl, who was there at the time we arrived the motel, wanted us to pay additional $40. I asked why, then she said we have paid only for 3 people but there are 4 people. Luckly i had the booking confirmation in an email and i managed to show it to the girl. It was bit dissapointed and wasn't a great welcome.

Review 10：The thick layer of dust on the bathroom floor. It was obvious that the room hadn't been used for a long time & hadn't been checked before we arrived. The young male mgr on duty was very good but having to address too many cleaning issues.

Review 12：Our room was not ready when we arrived 30mins after our check in time of 2pm. We had to get ready for a wedding. Waiting for our room meant no time for a shower and having to rush around like crazy to arrive at the wedding on time. I feel we wasted our money since it left us no time to enjoy our lovely room.

Review 16：We booked online for somewhere nice to stay. The tanti came up and weliked the look of the spa room. So we booked and paid. Then when wearrived we were told it was to late everyone who runs the hotel sidehave left. Almost turned away but told him it's already paid for andconfirmed then he got a lady to help. Waited way to long room lookedlike it had been quickly straightened not cleaned. We were told only oneof the keys work not sure which one. Then told if they both don'twork we won't be able to leave the room. The place was awesome butthat just ruined our first experience there were a bit shattered.

Review 18：No one at Reception on more than two occasions and when there was everything appeared to be a real effort for the staff. Full cost was taken from account shortly after booking.

Had problems with booking originally so was offered complimentary breakfast vouchers and free bottle of sparkling wine to make up for it. Spa bath was lovely, despite being a single one it was big enough to squeeze myself and my 6'2" partner in. Perfect relaxing weekend away to celebrate out anniversary. Definitely better on the inside than it looks on the outside.

Review 22：Room upgade was unexpected. The room was exceptionally spacious and the ensuife/spa facilies with gigantic spa bath was absolutely luxurious. Cavery dinner at restaurant was first class.

Review 27：The balcony needed a very good clean, lots of cob webs and dust. Which was all in reach to clean! The key cards to get in and out of the room was annoying. Had to try 20 times just to get it and when complained to reception was told that was the way it was because they are sensitive. Was very annoying!

Review 32：The rooms were exactly what we had booked, with king sized beds. we were able to get rooms booked together.

Review 33：The continental breakfast being offered, they are just bread frozen in the fridge with ice on it. When toasted, it was just a mess, had to throw everthing. Never got foxtel sports to work and when called the customer service, the person could not do anything as she was alone at the bar.

Review 39：Paid for a package which was supposed to of included a full buffet breakfast each day but we only received one day as fathers day was on the next morning in the restaurant, my husband is a step father but he missed out on that and just got a box of cereal in room no milk to put on it also there was no juice or anything, room was so hot and stuffy you could hardly breath and the bed was very uncomfortable the lamp in our room had a short in it told reception and nothing done. for what we paid we could of stayed at crown hotel

It was affordable, but unclear as to what i was booking, then i added my 6 year old who slept with me and that cost an extra 35 dollars per night as they needed to bring in an extra bed. Freezer wasnt defrosted.. Bread with freezer bite and couldnt use freezer for treats..

Review 49：the spa was leaking in the first room we were put in so we were moved too the biggest room they had but after 2 nights that spa decided too stop working and we were moved again. Staff were great trying too sort things out. We got a free meal for the trouble we were having.

Review 65：Located on a main road - fast food, bottle shop, restaurant etc near by. We were staying here for a wedding in Mt Martha so didn't spend much time in the room. Was good for our purpose but as far as I could tell was a bit off the main Mornington hub and beach.

Review 66：Unpleasant greeting at reception. Staying for 2 nights we expected that the room would have been serviced, ie, bed remade and fresh towells supplied. When we asked for fresh towells they were just dropped outside the door.

The frozen bread was ABSOLUTELY disgusting - one set had been in there so long it had ice crystals throughout - the bread was cheap and filling the kettle was awkward.

Review 83：We travelled down by train and bus from Melbourne. Easy to find. As we had no car, we were glad to find that town was a 20 min walk through the suburbs. Beach was 25 min walk. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding close by. It was suitable for that. Room was comfortable and clean for our functional purpose.

Review 86：the towel given wasnt clean. It had few insects The spa wasnt cleaned properly. There was hair left out in the holes (side ones which are used for spa option). Couldnt use the spa till it was cleaned. The staff isnt really helpful. I asked for a copy of the free booklet(which had the details of the attractions nearby) as I had forgotten it in the room, the staff didnt even try to help me out. I was told to check it online. I actually had marked few attractions from that book to visit and I couldnt visit them as I didnt remember the names :(

If you looking for good customer service I do not recommend this place!
