Review 1：Having small children the handle/railing going down the steps needs to have another rail in the middle for younger kids to hold on to. The only thing i would suggest as we had a few close calls.

Review 4：Everything from the staff to all facilities was absolutely perfect! My entire family was blown away with the comfort and my partner was even amazed on how the kitchen utensils were arraigned in the drawers :-) we will never stay anywhere else. Look forward to our return. Thank you.
Review 5：Good location, plenty of room and activities for children, friendly and helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom cabin at the edge of the area. The cabin was spotless, roomy and well appointed. The view across the lake and bushland was scenic. Very relaxing time had by all.
Review 6：Position of the units. Couldn't park car next to unit. Very difficult when having lots of luggage to unload from vehicles. Not very suitable if you have a bad back or disability.

Review 14：Before our arrival the staff helped us with information. All the staff we dealt with here, certainly have people skills and know how to deliver customer service. we are bringing our grand kids here after Christmas we were so impressed with the entire set up

Review 25：The studio cabin was perfect for a couple with a child for an overnight stopover. So clean & comfortable & the amenities close & clean. The shared kitchen was so clean & usable, & had great thoughtful touches like a fridges and freezers and tables and chairs. Just fantastic facilities all of it! Would love to come for a longer stay!

Review 27：Awesome location with lots of little day trips to other beaches, great pool and tennis court and very clean park. Cabin had most things you need. Towels provided were amazingly soft.
Review 28：I likes the price although the Chinese tourists and kids yelled and carried on even when asked to stop. Also the place was a little crowded e.g everyone outside my door was so close it was like being crammed in like sardines especially when they carry on and make a noise e.g Chinese people and kids. I would pay an extra 20 dollars to be a bit more secluded without yelling Chinese people and kids. For the price I understand that it's hard to get your own facilities but I just don't understand why the Chinese people and kids were always yelling

The position is close to parks, beaches and shops. Excellent, would love to come back again and book the same cabin.
Review 46：Not completely as described. The room was fine just missing the microwave. If you wanted coffee it was a 10m trip to the shared bathroom. Similar to a trip from a tent to the amenities block. No patio and the garden view was thru the open door.

Review 51：A real 5 Star park! We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful park, clean modern cabin, a newspaper at your door every morning, lots for the kids to do. They especially loved the funny bikes to hire! The beach is a stones throw away (with jet ski hire there) and we didn't need to leave the park at all except for some groceries. Everything was there for our family so there was no need to jump in the car. We could just relax!

Review 53：If you don't expect it to be an actual resort, it is quite nice. The area is mostly camping grounds with a few cabins. They seem to be flexible with check in and check out and maintain clean area. What else can you expect?
Review 54：Our bin wasn't emptied prior to our arrival and still had cigarette ash and smell. The smell of smokers next by. The cheap toilet paper. The broken jetty and rubbish in lagoon. Litter everywhere.
