Review 2：The staff were so friendly and accommodating! We stayed there for 6 nights, and they truly made us feel at home! Great location, great breakfast, and wonderful people!

Review 3：Actually, they don't have double room (I guess). I booked 2 roomswith seaview but the first night they give me 2 twin room and one ofthem was "wall view" even I booked almost 3 weeks before mytrip. However, they move us to another mix-twins room the next day.

Review 10：It was a great value for a huge room with an equally huge balcony. I even had a jacuzzi in my room. The staff was helpful in suggesting activities and in holding my luggage for me on the last day when my plane was leaving quite late. Copious breakfast.

Review 13：Don't expect brilliant sea view even you booked for a room with it, since it basically means you can see the sea from your not-big-at-all room window. But I would say if you want a great view, go to the luxury hotels; if you stay here, I recommend just to have a regular room

Review 16：Nha Trang seems to be the paradise for tourists from russia and it seems that the local shops and bars try to 'squeeze' every dong out of the tourists. The food around was overpriced; same with the long chairs at the beach. All in all: The hotel was OK but Nha Trang is not the first choice to visit in Vietnam

Review 36：The front office staff were very friendly, efficient and accomodating to any request. A welcome drink was offered on arrival and as I had an early arrival they gave me room early morning which was much appreciated. The room was spacious with plenty of hot water with fantastic water pressure. Plenty of choices available at breakfast and each time returning from my breakfast my room had already been made up. Highly recommend this brand new hotel only a few steps from the beach. Quiet at night. The staff is dedicated to superb service standards

Some of the staff members are unqualified what makes things difficult and frustrating. Breakfast is all about quantity not quality. For this price you can get a much better room somewhere else.
