Review 1：Room was bad smells and old decorations and I really hate to car park security because I forgot my car park tickets at room, he asked me to bring ticket to show him but he knows we paid in full

Review 3：Because the hotel was very busy, they massively over-charged the room rate. I choose to have a very low opinion of this practice.

Review 4：I asked for more water and an Iron for my room and they were delivered immediately.

Review 12：Very friendly and helpful staff. We travelled with a baby and asked for a quiet room. We got really good room and a baby cot. The room service was for free and the restaurant and reception staff very accommodating. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Bydgoszcz. They have good food and Hania from the reception bar is a lovely person. Location is good, close to the Focus Mall and a Bus station as well as to the centre of the city.

Review 14：Superb! Excellent rooms, brilliant breakfast and the staff were so helpful and lovely. The location was ideal - a few minutes walk to the old town and to the modern shopping centre.

Review 15：Well, just beware. The shower tub is high, and the sides are very slippery. There was no bath mat, which was unfortunate because my wife's extremely bad fall lead to a trip to a hospital in an ambulance. This essentially meant she couldn't do what we had come to Bydgoszcz to do in the first place! We are an extremely active couple, and this unfortunately is going to affect us both for a very long time. Never having slipped in a tub before, and no stranger to traveling, this was a terrible way to learn to always use a bath mat. (The hotel compensated by reducing our bill by covering parking fees and took the equivalent of $50 US dollars off our bill.)

Review 16：The hotel was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see in Bydgoszcz. The food in the hotel is excellent, both for the breakfast buffet and dinner. They brought small chocolates and bottled water to the room daily when they cleaned it, and on the first day they left welcome cookies. Really nice touches. There was a safe in the room, and sufficient electrical outlets. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the meals in the restaurant were amazing and elegant.

Review 18：WE arrived here by motorcycle for a one night stopover. It was a very hot day (35 deg) and the excellent air-conditioning was very welcome. Staff are very professional, welcoming and helpful with excellent English being spoken. The room was spacious with a bath/shower and a large comfortable bed. The old part of town is not too far to walk and is well worth a visit. The hotel has a nice restaurant in which we had dinner, it serves up a huge choice for breakfast. For those of us us with a motorcycle the hotel car park is attended 24hrs, with the bike under cover so you can relax in the knowledge it will be there when you return. A fairly formal but very pleasant stay.

Review 19：Quite a lot of noise comming from an area underneath the room late in the afternoons but not a major problem. The bar staff could be a little more friendly and enthusiastic!

Review 29：I was there for a brief stay but hopefully on my next visit i will get a chance to avail of all the hotel has to offer , especially only seeing the casino on departure ... The staff were friendly and informative , i did not eat or drink here as late arriving and early departure .

Review 30：After 3 days, the tea bags were not replaced after I used them up, nor was the tissue and toilet seat covers. The floor mat was never replaced after the second day of cleaning so I had to use the supplied face towel to prevent slipping. The price of the room was about 10 times what other places had, although the rooms are slightly bigger it didn't justify the cost. Although not the worst hotel in the city, it certainly didn't meet my expectations for the price that was paid.

Review 85：This was my second stay in this hotel and i was again not disappointed. I can recommend this hotel for business purposes and also for private activities. It's close to the city center in Bydgoszcz. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious, free water refill every day, free internet (WiFi, Cable). The Hotel restaurant 3V6 should get an extra point, the food is awesome and is more than comparable to the restaurants downtown. Whenever i have to visit Bydgoszcz again, i will choose City-Hotel.

Review 86：Its the 3rd time I've stayed there. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the hotel is located close to the old city centre, which is lovely to walk round.

Review 87：We wanted to use the sauna. It was supposed to be warm from 9 am., and our reservation for it started at 11 am. Even though we made the reservation earlier, the doors were locked at 11. We waited 15 mins for someone to open the doors, and after all the sauna wasn't even warm. No sauna for us.
