Review 1：I received an e-mail from the staff about a week before my arrival, personally addressing my special request for an extra pillow, non-smoking if it became available, and high floor. They stated they would book me on the highest floor and did not have a non-smoking room, but that they would put a freshener in my room the day of until I arrived to help alleviate the smell. They also asked my preference for a hard or soft pillow. Great attention to detail and care for guests!
Review 2：I stayed in a single room. The bed was very wide, like a small double bed. Standard room size for a business hotel room, but very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenient location from the train station.
