Review 1：Nothing but the wooden beds are a little old, creaky, and some may find them a little hard. We slept well and appreciated the 'character' of the bed and room.

Review 2：In the old town just a short walk to all the major tourist sights and the river. The hotel was a simple two star but clean, comfortable room, decent breakfast and very friendly staff. Certainly good value and we intend to return to this hotel.

Review 10：Due to an error the hotel turned out to be overbooked but the friendly staff first embarked on a mission to find another hotel room for us in the Old Town, and then offered us "an emergency solution" in the upper floor for a bargain price as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. Review 11：Firm bed. Street noisy at night (every passing vehicle wakes you up). Small shower, that also could be cleaner inside (shows some fatigue). Stairs could be too much for older people.

Review 15：There is no parking spot onsite so be ready to search one on the street. There was a renovation being made in may 2015, so it was pretty noisy in the room.

She accepted full responsibility for the error and reduced the total price for the apartment. We would definitely stay here again when the apartment has been upgraded.

Review 31：As an Australian not knowing the language, we found the staff to be very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was also good. The only issue was parking but again the staff at the hotel were very helpful in informing us the nearest parking area.

Review 36：horrible,dark, tiny room nr 14 on the 4th floor, very small restaurant ( 4 tables?), poor breakfast.We are family of 3, a couple and our son, instead of double bed and a single bed in this room we found 2 old, single beds, one of which was broken and an old, single sofa bed.the pillows were very old, dense, flat and uncomfortable, you couldn't really call it pillows.holes in the wall, old, smashed sink and lack of hot water in the evening so we couldn't take a shower.very disappointed, cancelled our second night in this hotel.

Review 46：1) don't look at the pictures in the booking sections! At least - not these attached to 'family apartment'. There is really only 2 beds for whole family in the 'apartment' (which is truly in the description below the pictures, which showes much different situation); 2) our so called apartment was furnished and equipped with old, partly broken items, had traces of dirt on not painted for long time walls. More than that, there was fungus on walls at the bathroom and warm water was hardly existing in the shower. But officers couldn't do anything with that... Generally - all that looks like an attempt to re-creation of the times of Peoples Republic of Poland, communist time, but that was not our wish to plunge into false nostalgia; 3) 'apartment' is definitely false suggestion in our case. It was just two rooms with kitchenette, not especially clean, not especially spacious, not suited for large family of 5. If there is an apartment for family, that wasn't ours. Generally - that was a bad luck. Looking at previous opinions, we were probably awarded with some kind of spare room instead of regular one :) Or 'family apartment' means 2nd class rooms for pathological families :)) My advice - be very specific during booking process and discussion with staff officers, what do You want and what they can provide.

My room was large and confortable, with two large windows and a functional modern bathroom. The position is perfect, the staff helpful and polite, and the breakfast rich.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and I could only get any sleep by putting two doubled-up duvets under me. Review 101：We booked a non-smoking room, but we were provided a strong smoked room. At our request it was changed to another . The hotel has no private parking . It offers the other private parking, located at a great distance under the bridge. The paid public parking is available near the hotel, but it is difficult to find an empty place.
