Review 1：i think that there could have been more information in the rooms about the hotel, and the spa, it would have been good to have a kettle in room. If i had info in my room about hotel information, i would have spent more money

Review 3：every thing about this hotel doesn,t match the ad carried and posted by booking.com ,,,the management reaction, booking.com reaction for my request to cancel booking after 2 hours from check-in , the flashy naked women shown on a big screen in the lobby in front of families and kids as a massage service ad ,the old lonly women escorted by young native kids drinking alcohol in a very low class style , no internet in the rooms , no room service , no la carte , no snack bar , no means of eating except during the open buffet , and if you don,t show in the first hour you will be left out with the option of walking along way to the main gate and find your own food , no taxi service in front of motel , it is basically a scam con deal tailored by the hotel management with assistance from booking.com this hotel management is a big disgrase in tourist service giving Tunisia the country a very bad reputation and i have written to the Tunisian ministry of tourism about it

Review 5：- They gave me a connected room, and when I was locked in the waitress used the connecting door to enter, do something in the bathroom and leaving without closing the door - the first evening during the dinner I had to share the table with a stranger even if the dining room was half empty - When I tried to take to some fountain drink I have been told that they were for the "all inclusive" guest, and I wasn't allowed to use them. No drinks were then available and nobody asked me about drinks - At breakfast they gave me a table, but when coming back from the buffet I found it occupied by someone else. No explanation given to me - Last breakfast I was there in due time, but no buffet available, only some cold cuts and some bread.

Review 6：The food for evening meal was not great. Soggy veg, undecided meats and stews and watery soup. Fine if you want pizza and chips though. The hotel itself was tired and old fashioned. Gardens were pretty pool was small. I was there in November and very little was going on. Signs to different areas were confusing. Took me 20 mins to find spa and I only found the beach by accident.

Review 7：Staff were friendly and professional esp waiting staff and cleaning. Breakfast was good wide range of breads, efficient toasters and good cooked options. I read somewhere that there was no bacon offered but I found it twice so ignore that review! Spa was good and large but not luxurious especially. Beach was nice and the sea clean.

Review 10：Two single beds attached with 'straps' to make a king one. Well there is a hole in the middle that cannot be fixed. Outside the room some empty bottles of jack, glasses and dirty dishes on a table for 4days. Pool and beach ok. The food is 5/10 for afternoon and the night. The breakfast is 8/10. Hotel location is perfect. A lot of russian people. Poor elevator . have to wait a long time the its full.
