The Terme Sončni Park Vivat’s new pool complex includes 5 covered and open swimming pools, as well as a Jacuzzi, a Turkish and a Finnish sauna. The pools are filled with thermal water from the hotel’s own spring.

Review 1：Worn out hotel. They did not invest in hotel for decades. Everything (room, pool, etc.) is wornout. It would be OK for cheaper 3 star hotel. Play room for children is small, dirty, with couple of destroyed toys.

Review 2：I liked the staff that was very friendly and always willing to accomodate the customer. Breakfast was very good!

Review 3：extremely long check-in (30 mins) and check out (20 mins) made reservation by booking.com, but the receptionist was not aware (did not have the reservation in the system). I booked room in the hotel, but due to problems on check-in, I had to stay in the nearby appartment house. The cleaning staff started to operate in the hallway around 6am, and was very noisy, having loud chat overall the hotel staff should show more interest in the hotel guests

Review 5：The hairdrier didn't work, we reported it at the reception, but they didn't react, not even apologised when we left, didn't bother...the room was badly cleaned, bathroom wasn't washed...

Review 9：No availability for the massages, must be booked earlier if you really crave one, and rooms in the upper floor (7th) share a terrace, atleast that was myimpression, although they were not ocupied, this can be something unlicked by others.

Review 11：Tried to call for a massage and at first nobody picked up, after 3rd or 4th call someone did pick up just to let me know they don't have the reservation book on them and I should call again in half an hour. I did, but again nobody answered. So no massage for me and no money for them. The staff at the restaurant was not nice as well the same applies for pool reception.

Review 25：Some things need repair: Pool table 2nd floor demaged, 2nd floor entrance door brocken window, pool area demaged window, Sauna to small for such big Therme, some leaking tubes. Towels you have to pay seperate aswell as the Sauna. Dinner too cold, some Foods not finished cooking, some Foods not eatable, bread old seems like it was from the day before. Bathrope supplied by Hotel are very old and falling apart. No Slippers which is strange for a 4* Therme Hotel. Parking to small

Review 26：Overall view of Hotel very nice. Entrance, receiption area and hall looked nice with the flowers. It was sunny clean and inviting. Coffee terrace in front of Hotel is nice. Bar area roomy and friendly. Good Service in the bar area. Therme was nice and clean, at our stay not to much people. Free massage was very good.

Review 27：- staff unsufficient when hotel is almost full (at reception desk, restaurant, wellness center). - large outdoor pool is closed during winter! - package which include free massage and discount for activities is misleading: upon arrival, you discover there is no available slot for you before your departure!

Review 35：The room was large, and included a kitchen but had no utensils, dishes,pots or pans. Furnishings were old and some were in disrepair. The roomwas ok but not particularly clean. In-room WiFi was advertised, but non-existent. Only worked in the lobby and restaurant. The food wasplentiful but nor particularly good.
