Review 1：Only one type of breakfast. Could not use the Wi Fi because of low signal.
Review 2：The location of the hotel is great! You just cross the street and you are on the beach! The cleaning staff is very polite.

Review 18：The room was bare, not too clean, smelled of smoke, & was very cold!! My husband & I got sick. There was heat at 8 PM, but it took a long time to warm the room. I would not recommend this hotel Just down the street was La Gondole, which was an excellent value, great staff, clean & "warm".

Review 20：First, I believe I paid 17.3 TD more that the fee of the time of booking (£74, i.e. 177.6 TD). Second, the rooms need maintenance. Example: the toilet seat was a bit broken and "bites". As I already changed room once, I did not want to keeping moving from one room to another. The hotels does not have a real reception area, but a tiny one. More importantly, I can't call the breakfast included a breakfast, but a poor one.

Review 22：Toilet needs renovation. You better need to use plastic shoes in the shower. You need to buy your own detergent to wash the dishes - there is a nearby supermarket.

Review 28：It was extremely dirty and the reception staff were quiet rude, thebathrooms needs to be updated I think if an hygiene officer will visitthe place he will have serious concerns, my room for 2 days was notcleaned due to the cleaner finish work at 2. When I asked for an extratowel to karim the receptionist he replied why?? You only one person andyou don't need extra towel I really had to put my argument out to beable to get another towel, I think booking.com should really reconsiderthe sponsor of this hotel because it will jeopardise your credibility asgood website.

Review 30：1. The small kitchen was almost empty. 2. Thin walls, it was sometimes noisy at night. 3. Unsufficient lighting in the room. 4. Windows were dirty, but you can hardly keep them clean with those winds from the sea and beach.

Review 32：They refused to allow me to leave my rucksack in a luggage room whilst Iwent for one night to the desert even though I was willing to pay.Instead they demanded that I pay for an extra night. They then told methat foreigners often pay for just 15 or 30 minutes with the implicationthat it was used by tourists for immoral purposes.I would never stay there again
