Review 1：the employees were very friendly and helpful. located in a very quiet area but very close to the city centre. the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.

Review 4：This is not a 4 star hotel!! Noisy. The TV did not work. When I asked for an extra pillow I was told that it might not be possible. I had to ask twice before an extra pillow appeared. For breakfast we had to walk out of the hotel and go to the restaurant next door. It was raining heavily and we did not bring rain gear as we were only going down to breakfast. The breakfast was not worth getting so wet.

Review 19：The staff were very friendly & helpfull, they parked our 3 Harleys right at the back of the hotel under cover. The rooms were fine & clean. Breakfast was ok. The evening dinner was good. Very quiet.

Review 23：Super Hotel, the rooms were superb , spacious and very clean. The Pool was super and the whole ambiance of the hotel was nice. Its apparently the only 4 star hotel in Braganca and lives up to that rating. Great friendly staff who placed our motorcycles in a secure parking area and made sure everything we needed and asked for was supplied

Review 25：This family-run hotel was excellent in every respect.The staff were helpful,friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived The hotel itself was very clean and my room was large and quite airy,with all facilities in good working order.The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. The food was plentiful and of very good quality,especially the steak dishes. The pool is quite small but adequate for a refreshing dip,with a vast sun terrace and very good shower facilities in the pool area. Secure motorcycle parking is available in you feel you need it,but it wasn't really necessary in my opinion. As you can probably tell,I was very impressed,and can't wait to go back.It makes an ideal base for motorcycle touring,(the roads around the mountains are perfect for bend-swinging and almost devoid of traffic!). And I almost forgot:it's fantastic value for money too! If you've got a large budget and prefer the anonymous,International-chain type of hotel,this might not be for you. However,if you want clean,comfortable accommodation,(that doesn't cost you the earth),with a friendly smile,you should seriously consider staying here.
