Review 1：We booked the rooms the day when we planned to get to the hotel.It was Saturday. Probably it was the reason the receptionist had no information about our reservation. But it was solved and we could enjoy our stay. The other thing we didn't like - the single room. Although while booking the single room we had chosen a room with big bed, it was a very small room almost without windows (there was a very small mansard window).

Review 5：Although we booked the ski lodge via internet and it was confirmed when we arrived they tried to tell us it was overbooked and they tried to offer us a lesseroom in the lower complex. It wasnt til I said we were going to leave that suddenly our original booking became available. Beware as this is not honest practice.
Review 6：Fantastic Summer or winter location. We were there in autumn and it was cosy and warm. Unique facility. Beautiful outlook and setting . Great for families and coulples alike. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful in choice. Dining fantastic.
