Review 1：Breakfast low quality, no assortment Chip material . Very expensive - tree times more expensive than normal for this category . We were 2 adults and one 8 year boy. You charged us whir 4 breakfast than 3. I called to your office and asked to to pay back 6 day brackfast . Review 2：Just one think very close to ski slopes. But other five star hotels propose their shuttle to the ski slop at much lower price for room and apartments.

Review 3：The television was not operational for the 2 of the 3 days we stayed at the hotel.The first day of our stay the breakfast was the poorest I have ever eaten.The next two days it was merely better.The view of our room was simply a disaster.It was like a prison.I was hoping to have a view to the trees or to the mountain but in vain.

Review 7：no oven in the kitchen, living room too small, parking lot not cleared from the snow, so few cars could park, no hot connection between the different parts, so if you are in Manastira 5, you need to take a series of escalators to get to main entrance, not very comfortable if you have small kid with a pram

Review 11：There are two saunas but not ready for guests at any time - cold! The pool is big but it seems not clean. The breakfast is poor but you have a kitchen.

Review 17：All facilities were much below expectation: * parking was insufficient, double-parking common, getting out meant being at the mercy of another visitor; * using escalators meant waiting for a minute every time for a direction change that failed to work at least half of the time; * swimming pool was cold, nowhere near the stated temperature of 29°C; * the main attraction of the property, the ski-to-door access, was in an appalling state of repair, mouldy and wet, with broken doors, staircases and lights; had far from sufficient space in addition to being poorly designed in the first place.

Review 18：The apartment itself was nice, fully equipped and clean.

Review 19：First, if you pay a 68 euro for a room per night in a low income country you expect at least the Wi-Fi to be free. However that was not the case, Wi-Fi charge was at around additional 10-12 euro for 24 hours use. Second, in the apartment that I stayed 3A5 the bell was placed inappropriately, instead on the left it was on the right hand side - close to the stairs. Most people were deceived thinking that is the switch for the stairs and were pressing the bell which was at some point irritative. Least but not last they had couple of German and Russian channels, however English was not on the list.

Review 20：The room was nice, warm, clean and mostly comfortable bed. The apartment was fully furnished e.g. cutleries, pots, pans, cooking oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker etc.

Review 21：No wifi in room. Some of the food was not well cooked but in general it was good. Escalator to apartment wasn't always working so often we had to use stairs.
