Review 1：The staff are caring and thoughtful and go out of your way to make sure your experience is wonderful. Add this to the great rooms, wonderful food, and relaxing ambiance this place is wonderful

Review 2：Difficult to get to hotell by car, due to ongoing road work close to hotell. Some noise from this work, but quiet at night.

Review 12：We had trouble with the door to our room and had to go to reception 3 times to ask for help. The maintance men sent to help were rude and spent 30 mins fixing the door standing right in our room. We finally demanded a new room but staff were not very efficient or polite about it. Wifi in room not good.

Review 14：Monte Gordo itself is not really our type of place. Lots of restaurants and seaside type shops. We prefer the country and quiet but needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights.

Review 15：We had asked for an extra bed as we had all three, tall teenager children with us. Even with the extra bed and the bed setter out it wasn't too cramped. We were able to sit round the table and walk round the room with ease. Might have been a bit too small for a long stay but the hotel prefer not to put extra beds in. Pool was never crowded.

Review 16：The only. Complaint to be found.is there are not enough kitchen utensils no. Kettle and only large pots and pans for Enormous families I would say. But a good holiday was had.
