Review 9：Staff was unable to open a wine bottle. (Really!) Our room was facing some lumberyard when we were expecting to see a forest. Food was OK at it's best.

Review 11：This hotel is actually located beside a Petline gas station just off the highway about 4 km outside of Manisa on the Izmir side. GPS (Garmin) did not recognize the address and took us into Manisa downtown during a fair day. We were able to call the front desk who gave us good directions. No coffee or tea maker in the room.

Review 12：The staff were excellent. The front desk clerk spoke English very well. The breakfast was fresh and had more variety than some of the other hotels we visited. The room was spacious and lots of parking available. There is a restaurant (owned by the hotel) on the grounds.

Review 13：Unfortunately there was a wedding reception being held around the pool which was directly below our room. It was so noisy the room was vibrating. I was really angry and felt we should have been told of the wedding and given the choice of a quieter room if possible. I had specifically booked this hotel because of the quiet location and spa facilities which I couldn't use as it was full of the bridal party

Review 14：Nice hotel in a good location outside of Manisa, clean and comfortable room,maybe a bit tired. The hotel restaurant was in a separate building in front of the hotel. We was expecting the usual generic evening but what a pleasant surprise. The decor/ sound system/lighting was beautiful. The service and food was exceptional( I had the best beef ever), excellent local organic wines at a great price.There was a talented trio of musicians playing lovely music and it was obviously very popular. I would go again just to see the bathroom wallpaper and spend an evening there/
