Review 1：There was a note that the car park is full unless we have booked it in advance. Unfortunately we didn't know about the need of reserving a car park space and ended up paying for the parking across the road. Quite disapointing, especially that from our window we could see the car park wasn't full.
Review 2：Clean hotel, good localisation, helpful yet not intrusive staff. Would definitely come back as in comparison with other hotels in Torun within this price range, it's pretty new.
Review 3：The coffee out of the coffee machine near the reception is poor quality for the price. Wouldn't it be a better business practice to offer coffee at a minimal price?

Review 6：The B&B Hotel is very close to Stare Miasto. One could easily walk from this hotel to every point of interest in the old town. There is also a large number of restaurants nearby.
Review 7：B&B means bed and breakfast in the price. You mislead us by your logo. You also charge full payment well before a guest checks in what costs additional 3% as foreign transaction. Your prices in the hotel are outrageous, ie. a can of bear 7zl what costs in a shop less than 3 zl.

Review 10：Room was spacious and very clean! Location was super perfect especially for travelers traveling via bus, bus station was just across the road and just 700 meters from the market square

Poorly designed shower layout meant every time we showered so much water splashed out of the shower booth that we needed to use our towels to dry the floor. 1 pillow for each person (requested extra and it was quickly brought to the room). No fridge (I was aware prior to staying). No drinking water in the room.

Review 31：This is a very new pretty hotel. Very comfortable rooms and beds, evenan English channel or two on the tv. Great hot water, quiet if one isfacing away from the street as I was. It's a short walk to the OldTown and is right around the corner from the bus station. The main trainstation is a taxi ride away. The staff spoke English and were veryhelpful with maps and directions.

At night we had to leave the window open, never the less the room was terribly hot and full of mosquitoes. We couldn't sleep the whole night. Won't stay there again

Review 117：I did not like how difficult it was to get a hairdryer, then to find it broken and finally when returning it and pointing this out, the off hand way the receptionist heard my complaint and did not apologise. I felt sure the same hair dryer would be handed out again.
