Review 1：Fridge didn't work, no heating and power points don't work.
Review 2：The location and view was fantastic but basically you get what you pay for. The rooms are run down and need a re vamp. Denise the waitress is the high light of this place, with out her i think the whole business would fold. She was very helpful and accommodating . Its cheap so don't think you can expect more.

Review 7：Rubbish bin in bathroom was not empty when I arrived. On third day of stay, towels were changed, but the full rubbish bins in kitchen and bathroom were left untouched. The location is very noisy due to heavy traffic non-stop even during the night. No mosquito screens.

Review 9：Noisy road outside. That was the only negative....From 5am we had the traffic going past.Daytime does not bother us but at night it did. We did sort of get used to it after a few days. Double glazing should be used at the front like the restaurant downstairs.That would sort this problem out.
Review 10：Apartment was large and spacious, clean and bright. Decor was nice colour. Value for what we paid. Building itself was quiet no noisy drunks coming back and waking us up. The sunset is amazing as well as the view of the harbour and the horizon.
Review 11：A lot of confusion with payment in their restaurant. If they now that wireless payment machine do not work outside, they should invite their guest inside where connection is perfect. For guests 10% off in their restaurant - they should have a note that this is possible only from monday till friday. If the note exist and we did not see it - we are sorry for negative comment. No cleaning and towel changing in 4 day stay, toaster did not work. Very noisy road below appartment but this has nothing to do with owners - tough luck ;)
Review 12：Good, spacious appartment with fridge and little kitchen-great for making breakfast. Great view from balcony, bus stop just infront the guesthouse, great food and wine list in restaurant (food is really good and i liked one female waiter who i found very friendly and professional - the one who is native english speaker).

Review 18：The TV and the air conditioning cost plus money (2 and 7 EUR respectively), however the latter must be essential in that climatic environment. Thus, we had to wide open the balcony door for night and because the main road is right below the balcony it was very noisy.

No fan in the children's room (and no air conditioning) meant they had to sleep in the living room - but they enjoyed this! A portable fan would have made all the difference. Review 23：Amazing view from the balcony, plenty of space, powerful shower with hot and cold (hand held shower - a wall bracket would have made it even better). Functional kitchen and nice big fridge. Excellent for local walks and history and eating out, if a little far from night life.
Review 24：The apartment is only cleaned once during the stay of over a week, and it only covers taking the trash out, giving new towels and sweeping the floor. We had to buy our own toilet paper after it ran out, and we had to wash the dishes/glasses ourselves.

Review 26：The fact the staff are only open during a certain period of time. From 11am to 2pm and then 6pm to 10pm, if I'm not wrong. This is not related to the hotel, but it's good to know about the city/country: The public transportation in Malta (And in St. Pauls) is not the best. Whatever it's writing on the buses schedule, forget about it. It's not updated since 2013 and we lost few buses because of that. There are not much buses on the night, so prepare yourself to pay some taxis, if you decide to go party. We chose some excursions tours (which were great), but unfortunately we had problems with Triton. They didn't pick us up in the hotel twice.
Review 27：The location is amazing, right in front of bus stops, in both sides. The Balcony's view is also awesome. The staff is very helpful and kind and the rooms are big, with private toilet and small kitchen, which helped us a lot. Also, the hotel books the excursions you want to do. It completely worth it.
Review 28：The location is good close to centre city and bus stop is just under and opposite . Lovely view especially when it was a full moon as it will rise from behind the Hill opposite on the other side of bay . So romantic :)
Review 29：I try to keep it in a bullet point list: - security, I felt really unsecure due to the entrance on a secondary road and the door always open. - furniture needs to be rethought and replaced. we were in a first floor room with view on the restaurant kitchen so we could not open the windows and the fan was not sufficient to tavkle the heat. there was only one plug and it had burnt signs all around...not safe at all. furniture old.not every room is on the bay, some are in back of the building -bathroom, the flush didn t work well and the shower had some problems and we needed to call the technician since the reception was closed.no plugs in the bathroom. - the wifi...it really doesn't exist, we had in 5 days stay max. 10mins connection split on the various days. - the reception closed mainly all day is a malus since we could not get any info or help on arranging trips or whatsoever.
Review 30：the location is ok, right on a bus stop to the main Maltese attractions and points of interest, although I feel the commuters system in Malta is utterly overestimated...we e waited for the busses roughly 20mins + some 15/20ish mins delay every time we decided to take the bus. soafter if you don't hire a private means of transport location is appraling obly on the paper. Then again, the staff (present only during opening hrs of the restaurant) was nice and helpful.
Review 31：Loud noise of the street. Even with earplugs in (yes, we took notice of other reviews and took them with us ;-) the noise of loud buses (with aircos on top, which make a lot of noise) and lorries, spoil your sleep. At first we didn't take these remarks in other reviews seriously but we should have. Glass doors to balcony are not clean, but salty.

Review 34：In my opinion, the guesthouse is really great with a nice staff. It is a simple accomodation with a basic tools in the kitchen. The best points of this hotel is good location near the bus stup "Roti" from where you can go through the country with the bus ticket 7days (only 6.50 euro) and very charming view from balcony (we really enjoyed our breakfast every morning).

Review 41：Its next to busy road so it is very noisy there, especially when you have open window during the night. You need to pay extra for TV which is not acceptable in my opinion. And exactly like other people said... towers are gray, not white... They can't change localization for sure but they should definitely invest in better washing powder. Nevertheless, we will consider staying there next time.

Review 96：The rooms were dusted. You could see that there was nobody usuing that apartment for "a long while". We were there at the end of April/beg of May 2014. WC was very slow in retanking the water. Cleaning of room was only once a week but maybe that was mentioned in the conditions? Towels and sheets were old and washed-out. Toaster did not work.
Review 97：Excellent location just near the bus stop [called Roti] so you can reach any place on the whole island by bus. We came there by bus directly from the airport. Our room was spacy - actually that was a big sleeping room and big dinning room. And two balconies. Beatifull view to the sea - yes - over the main street - but the view was beautifull. Fridge, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and electric stove are there so you can cook meals. There is a good food in the restaurant on the ground floor. By the way the reception of the gesthouse is there and you can find the owner there in the restaurant opening hours. If you come in another time you pick up the key to the room from the hotel in neighbourhood. The info is at the entrance door.
